I like there deshi style Chinese food. If I go to Florida again I must go to this cafe again.
This restaurant is a hidden gem in Downtown West Palm Beach . The service has been consistently wonderful and friendly with a smile. The Beef Egg Fooyong was exemplary which was so filling that I had to take some back home like I did the last time. The menu is vast and sumptuous. I was looking for a Chinese restaurant to satisfy my discerning taste andhere it was .I highly recommend this restaurant to all out there who want to move away from the humdrum menusthat one finds in Clematis Street.I would have given this restaurant a 7 star if available .Dr. S. We visited out from out of town and we’re super skeptical from reading reviews. They seem like hard working people and that’s why I am giving him 4 stars. We ordered chicken lollipops, hot and sour soup, chili beef, beef fried rice, sesame chicken, chicken with vegetables, chicken lo mein, and they gave us free cake for my daughter which was very nice of them. The star was sesame chicken, hot and sour soup and chicken lollipops. The other items were just okay and we did not like lo mein. One thing I also did not like was they up charged for family size almost double the dinner price. Seems like these men are working hard to survive.
Orange Chicken and Beef Dish were very good. Service was also good. Recommend owners to remove fortune themed decor/items and improve cleanliness a tad bit. Thank you!
It’s supposed to be zero. Try to avoid this garbage place. I don’t know why Florida city permit this place.Old food , smells just warm up and serve. No Chinese flavor. I don’t know what kind of food it is.FL city supposed be investigating. It’s not healthy. They took advantage use as Halal food. Please avoid this place.
My husband and I went today and were excited to try it. Unfortunately, the food and the service were terrible. I ordered a combination of veggies and fried rice and my husband got fried rice. Both of our fried rices were rotten. They smelled horrible and had a disgusting after taste. My veggies were okay but the watercress and mushroom were also rotten and it changed the flavor in the whole thing. We were so disappointed that my husband didn't eat and asked for the plate to be retuned. I asked if I could get fresh rice and they did get it to me so I finished a bit of what I could because I was too hungry and it was too late to try to go elsewhere. The real problem came with the check, they did charge us for both dishes even though my husband didn't eat his and the manager admittedthat the rice wasn't fresh. We tried talking to the manager and explained that wr didn't feel comfortable paying for something we didnt even consumed but he insisted that we needed to pay and offered if we wanted another meal to go instead. At this point, we didn't want anything else, how could we after having so much food serve to us rotten? We were too were tired to fight it and offended that they even charged so we pay it all and left. We're never coming back here. I know some people shared that they had good experiences but to us it was anything but fresh or tasty. I wish they would at least had apologize for serving rotten food
I have been coming here for years with my family and the food was great and consistent but a recent visit has reversed everything this place used to be. We went in a large group and started ordering multiple dishes of the same item, without consulting us they consolidated all the similar dishes into one single serving and decreased the portion also. We spent a lot of time passing the dish around because the restaurant cunningly consolidated it. We ordered multiple orders of the same dish so that it’s convenient for all of us to eat. We also ordered our family fav Thai soup and soon realized that it tasted like hot and sour soup. I don’t know if we were served a cancelled order converted to look or taste like the THAI SOUP. We came to the restaurant and also found they have 2 menus. There are great combinations on the paper menu but you can’t order from there to dine in and the prices are higher for dine in and less flexible. This left a horrible experience for us and our guests also and will never recommend this place to any of our friends and family. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THEIR PRIORITIES SHIFT FROM CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TO LINING UP THEIR POCKETS.
This place is notorious for ripping you off on delivery. I ordered of their menu on THEIR website and the prices are all off. I ordered a small Sweet and Sour Chicken- $5.95, Szechuan Beef small- $6.25, and an Eggroll- $1.40 total= $13.60 with a $3.00 tip my bill was over $30. I asked how that was possible? Apparently, the SS Chicken and Szechuan Beef were now $7.95 each and the Egg Roll was $2.15. That's fine (inflation) but, how did you get to $30+? It should be, $18.05 + $3 tip or $21.05. I got the same order from China 1 Express for $20 and the food is much much better.
Popped in for a quick lunch. Service was great food (garlic chicken and house special fried rice) was on point. I highly recommend
