I ordered a veggie bowl for pick up. Got home with it and it had meat in it. I'm a vegitarian so couldn't eat it. Looked like it would of been good otherwise. My boyfriend had a burrito but the majority of it was just rice with small amounts of anything else and wasn't wrapped good, was falling apart and was soggy. Very poorly made.Didn't want to bother going back since they they had such a long line and wait.Ending up throwing the food out and getting dinner else where.
I just opened my SALAD I ordered through Uber eats. Almost no lettuce in it. Quality is unreliable. Should find new management.
Food was great. Location was a bit dirty. Service was okay, not super friendly or talkative. Pretty busy, but quick service. Lots of outside seating. Tons of parking. Location is loud with a busy street next to the parking. Would visit this location again ??
It's Chipotle, so the food is decent, but this location is being mismanaged. This is the second time we've been told that they are out of chips when we went to pick up an order that we had already paid for. The first time, we were insistent and waited around for them. This last time, we were too hungry to argue. We had ordered through UberEats, so our order was already paid for, and we were told that they were out of chips. When we pointed out that we paid for an order of chips and queso, it was treated with an oh-well-it's-your-problem-and-I-don't-care attitude. No reimbursement of any kind was forthcoming. I don't believe that they were out of chips, because they obviously had them the first time they tried to pull this with us, so I don't understand what the motivation is. If it's simply fun to irritate customers, great job, guys, ya nailed it. For anyone ordering takeout from this location, I recommend checking everything before you leave. We'll be ordering from Citrus Fresh Grill or Bolay in the future.
Customer service is Horrible. The people serving food is rude no manners. This kids need to go to school and learn some education or I believe this is the only Job they can get. So bad for chipotle Have this people no educated with no respect and bad customer service. The manager is a ignorant and he is never intended to fix any problem with customer. Place is a disaster. I ordered food from here and I received de bag open and food was touched. Disgusting. The manager do nothing about. Never order again from here into the get a new manager and people work there get educated at least High School. Look like manager hire the first who is coming to ask for any position. This place deserved only one star and Chipotle doesn’t deserve Have employees representing them with bad customer service. Only way is no to support them.
Worst chipotle ever. Coming from a past employee at the gardens mall location. Parking lot is out of control. Online orders are never on time for pickup. Always a huge crowd waiting with no bags on shelves. Every time I order a kids meal I never get the drink. This has happened so many times that I put "remember juice" as my kids name on the app. After not receiving an apple juice when I ordered for pickup today, I asked where the drink was and they claimed that the kids meal didn't pay for a drink only the protein. They said they don't have kids drinks and handed me an empty cup. I was fed up after not receiving about 10 apple juices on previous orders.i asked if they can just give me a large apple juice to make up for all the previous drinks omitted from previous orders. They refused to help me saying i didn't pay for a drink.Eventually someone from the back handed me a kids milk after being told there was no kids drinks in the building. I was told to get out by the manager. I ordered for pickup at 730 and waited there for 20 minutes. They put all my food sideways in a small bag that didn't fit everything. Nobody here cares about customer service.
Was my salad supposed to come with a large stink bug? ���� stay away from the Chipotle at Okeechobee and Skees.
Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s closest to work so I’ve been many times but this was the final straw. I ordered pickup and they botched my order, so instead of being able to reorder from the nonexistent line, they pushed my order to the back of the pickup order list and I sat there for 20 minutes. The manager refused to help me and was extremely rude. When it was finally ready the order was still wrong, I believe the manager did this intentionally. The staff here over the years has been unkempt, inhospitable and just blatantly rude. The outside area is always a mess with trash flying in every direction. The bathrooms have never been clean. It’s honestly a disgrace Chipotle even has this under their franchise. This is the last time I will ever order from this location.
This location has consistently added items to my order I did not request through online order. Check the receipt to not match the burrito bowls at all. Don’t think they read the orders when making them. Would advise different location.
Nasty food! Ordered a salad and got minimal lettuce, but a half cup of random juice that ruined the whole bowl causing it to be nasty soggy. And they don’t carry dressing for the salad and offer no alternative. I have never had good service or food here. Stay clear
