Honestly, it’s hit or miss like most Chinese take out places, but they’re a hit far more often than they’re a miss. The lo mein Is on point, bourbon chicken is spot on, and the egg rolls are solid. The white rice is always perfect no matter what, not a big surprise there though.It’s a serviceable option for New York style Chinese food, for a good price.
Service was lowsy the last time, an hour plus my order still wasn't ready, it was the first time, but I don't usually complain, but the "boss" around the back was being a d*ck, no need for that kind of service, who waits for an hour + for take out, I'll go to Beirut next time when I go to market place the, humus & falafel is really good there, I don't mind paying the extra cause they don't have you waiting & disrespecting your order, oh yeah!

The food was mediocre considering the following factors: (1) the egg drop soup as well as the wanton soup was bland either the kitchen forgot to put the necessary spices (salt and/or pepper, etc.) or the restaurant is cutting corners providing less quality of soup; (2) the side of curry sauce was extremely hot that it was unusable and was not properly thickened which made it runny like water; (3) the chicken dinner with vegetables had plenty of vegetables, however, the chicken was diced so thin with low quantity compared to the price and size of dish one gets. You might as well had ordered vegetables without the chicken; and (4) the shrimp with mixed vegetables was cooked perfectly. I believe it is time to find a new Chinese restaurant to order from since the quality of food is just simply not there any longer.
If I could give it zero stars I would! The food was not seasoned at all!!!. I was highly disappointed and will never return.
5 stars for being the only Chinese restaurant within 5miles of me who answers the phone and understands English

I used to love coming to this place when they first opened, but lately I’ve noticed that the prices have increased like crazy I mean I don’t mind if I order the food but she charges for extra platters I didn’t order or received and she gets mad when you ask for a receipt. So be careful people!
The customer service is horrible, I went on two separate occasions, thinking the service would get better. But it definitely got worse. Upon arrival the front counter clerk was RUDE. She got upset with me because I needed condiments that wasn't already supplied. My second visit, I guess I was suppose to eat the food with my fingers. No untensiles were provided and again no condiments, just food and the bag. I refuse to spend my money where I'm not treated respectfully ??♀??♀
