Yeah, they had really good food. I'd come again for a nice lunch. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Our server was so sweet. We sparked a conversation and she shared with us that her family would come in every week to enjoy lunch with her and that really made me smile and my heart warm. It's good to connect to people as you enjoy a filling lunch.
I wish I could give this restaurant NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! ZERO stars wouldn't even do it the justice. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. We had a large party, before i even set the reservation i asked if the restaurant would be able to accommodate the size of the pary.the lady at the front told us yes though it would be an hour and a half wait. She also needed an exact amount of people in the party because "ppl be telling us a number and then other people join the party and it can be too much" No problem, i gave her a number and I set the reservation and we waited.... and waited.... and waited..... a number of other fairly sized parties came in and were seated before our group. We went in to determine the status of our party and the same woman informed us that the manager said he could not accommodate the party. Mind you it was 5 adults and 7 CHILDREN. That's not the case especially when we reserved, the restaurant was empty in one side. She could have easily came and said they couldn't accommodate us instead of making us wait an hour for nothing. unacceptable...Needless to say when we asked for the manager, he refused to come out and speak with us and the the hostess (same lady) refused to give us her managers name. Corporate will be hearing from me in full detail about this total disrespect
the only problem we had as a party of 16 they couldn't move the tables together other than that. the staff was very understanding even though we end up at Applebee's
Hello owner of chillis this is my 1st time here & very last coming to this pathetic view managers team leads etc. they do not know how to handle a busy restaurant I am out here visiting and I have to come to this mess today to a bogus unsatisfied order that I paid over $30 take out the ladies had an attitude rude with me and my food has been cold and it’s been sitting there for over 20 minutes past the time so I would like a full refund or you guys can please email me or write me back thank you messed up my whole order.Cold n stail
One of the worst visits I ever had. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!. The waitress was horrible!.Took our orderwhich had things missing. Never came back to check on us. Waited 10 min for a refill on our drinks. Had to ask otherServers for parts of our order that wasmissing. DO NOT EAT HERE. Find another Chili's with BETTER SERVICE.
The restaurant was clean and I didn’t had to wait to be seated, the hostess was friendly, but my server was not, it seemed she didn’t like the fact that I was a party of 1 , and the hamburger I ordered was terrible, and cost me $15. Also they told me they don’t serve milkshakes (?) I had to order extra things for me to feel satisfied, double ice cream because the one on the molten cake was too melted you can only see and tasted the chocolate on top , coffee was most water. I ordered a margarita because you remember they don’t have milkshakes so that was my 2nd choice , but I found this margarita more alcohol than usual so I only drink a little bit of it. That was only $5 tolls I spend in total $32 I think it was good for a party of one -+ $1 tip.
Service was good. Fajitas were great! We were served either old (sitting around for a while) or unheated queso. It should've been easy to tell as there was a hard shell formed on top due to the lack of heat.
One of our burgers and fries were cold. Didn't want a remake. Broccoli was cold and dumped out on plate out of the bag. Thought that was funny. Lol. waitress was just fine. But the taste wasn't even that good on the warm burger for the prices we were charged. We won't be going back honestly.
I love Chili's Grill & Bar The food is just absolutely delicious it's to die for Desserts and Drinks as well. I am very very adamant about excellent customer service and that I did receive over and Beyond from the individuals that took care of my orders. My family and I will continue to be great customers at Chili's Grill & Bar in the future. Keep up the superb work.
Enjoyed catching up with a friend. We tried the spiderbite rita was pretty good. ?????
