Chili's ToGo at Palm Beach International Airport: The menu on the tv screen doesn't work. The self checkout doesn't work either. At the window, I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers and broccoli while waiting for a flight. Took about 10 minutes or so. The tenders were different from any other chicken crispers I've ever had at a Chili's and were fried too hard so I couldn't eat them all. I guess at least the cashier was nice.
Just left Chili's To Go and very pleased with my service. Although, some of my food was cold the young ladies who took my order were professional, friendly and welcoming. Customer Service is important and Trevonni excelled! Thank you
Didn't get her name but whoever the hostess was working around 2:30pm on March 19th was super rude. She shouldn't be anywhere near a customer service job let alone the first person you interact with

I actually thought I did something wrong. Were there almost 20 minutes before I got my beverage. I was alone, while a party of 5 had theirs in 3 minutes. After waitress started taking care of me, I would think everything would turn right...wrong! Asked for dessert. To my surprise, I was told "we're close,". No heads up. No "sorry", apologies or discount (which I would've turned down and gave a tip). Of course I didn't. You better not work in the hollydays if you think you have a free ticket to screw up. Take note, management.
We arrived at the airport at a difficult time because of the holiday crowds. Since we expected to be delayed we stopped in for something to eat. Our server Linda wasn't pleasant at all. Even with understanding how overwhelming the restaurant must be and wishing her a happy holiday she still ignored us as if we were not there. 3 tables after us got there food within 15 minutes apon their arrival. I asked Linda 3 times with a smile as to how much longer but she kept saying "soon i think" needless to say finally when our order came out the food was cold and unsatisfactory as well as the service.
I ordered the app sampler with boneless wings, honey chipotle crispers and southwest egg rolls. Something was wrong with the food because I’m in the airport bathroom sick two hours later. This never happens to me, so the food must have been spoiled. I will never go to a chilis again for the rest of my life. Done.

It's wonderfully calm and orderly inside but on the outside there are drivers that seem to do whatever they want so it is more chaotic.
Normally airport restaurants are not that great but this airport restaurant is the worst experience I have EVER had at a restaurant! Ever! I sat down and did not get seen by a waiter for over an hour. When I asked one of the waitresses walking by for some assistance she yelled and just said, \\\"NO\\\" as she walked away. Regardless, I walked up to the host and said we were leaving. I'm Gay and have tan skin because I'm native American and I have never felt more discriminated against in a Public setting. Summer or Sommer was the waitresses name. DO NOT EAT HERE
