I ordered my food at 1150 for delivery. Delivery said it would be here by 1220. 1245 hit no food. I call get automated voice saying no one can get the phone between 12-2. So at 2 I finally get someone because I still don't have my food. They tell me the order was cancelled. I never cancelled it and my card was charged for the food. So they say they will send me more food and I'm still waiting it has been almost 3 hours since I ordered my food. This will be the last time I ever eat at this or any Chick-fil-A. By the time I get my food it will be time for me to go home and have dinner. This is such B.S.
They are recently trying out an Express Lane & I think they need to organize much better. The idea is great but doesn’t seem like it’s any “faster” and sometimes the person in front of you haven’t gotten their order, but you did but now you’re stuck & waiting for the person in front of you to get their order & move so I can eventually move. Please organize it better. Food was good tho!
Food: *****Service: ***People: *****Our family loves CFA. We routinely hit this location a few times a month. The owner is a nice guy and the employees are super friendly and work real hard. It’s amazing the kind of people that work at CFA.My only issue is with this location, and with some others also, is that they are so busy that parts of the orders are normally missing or incorrect. This is a regular occurrence and I do my best to check the order, which is normally a larger order as it is for a family of four plus additional family/friends in tow.With that said, it never fails something is missing….which is usually my order. If we catch it in time they always make good and apologize while humbly correcting the problem. I would love to give them 5 stars but the order issue just prevents me. Overall good location, be prepared to wait in line, and check your order. I recommend.
Aura should not be a manager. I came in for an order pick up. I waited for about 15 minutes after the app said it was placed in the pick up area. After waiting I asked somebody about my order and when they went to get it, it was sitting on the back counter the whole time behind the register. After he handed me the food I told him that I would like fresh food since the food was cold. He then went to get a fresh order. After 10 more minutes passed, I got the 2nd order and it was also cold. I told them I refuse to leave because my food is paid for and I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes so I should be able to get fresh food. I asked for the manager as the employee was apologizing. When Aura was called to assist me, she proceeded to take her time and walked right passed me to go look at orders on a computer. I told her that I asked for her and need assistance. She then walked over with a disgusting look on her face and said aren’t you the guy that asked for fresh food twice? I explained to her why and she laughed and said what do you need me for? Instead of understanding that I have been waiting for over 30 minutes she was being very defensive. I then asked for another manager and she grabbed her purse and left out of the restaurant. I have never had any manager at any store or restaurant treat me the way she did. Service was horrible and food was definitely not fresh. I asked for the GM to reach out and no one contacted. The worse location in Palm Beach County. Aura should be fired.
The food is always fresh and amazing!!! The lines are extremely long but they go pretty quickly. However I can see some areas of improvement in the line we were brought our food before reaching the window. They actually did this to multiple cars and people would just pull off. I could honestly see this as an accident waiting to happen like people hitting other cars. I also seen other customers feeling it’s it’s unfair that others were still waiting for food way ahead of them and people behind was being brought food.
I honestly don't feel that this location is the best in terms of quality. We went inside the other day and it took longer than the drive thru because there was only one person at the register. My husband's food was fine but my mini were hard bread and nuggets. Just horrible.
They are starting to consistently omit items from my online orders and their customer service people either ignore my message for help in the matter or listen and don't even offer to refund the missing items. This location is becoming worse and worse. Then you get messages telling you you cannot order breakfast items at 7 and 8 am for whatever reason on the app. Lack of customer service responses is disgusting. I have even walked into the store to speak to someone about my issues. The manager looked at me turned her back to me and got on her phone, ignoring me for 7 minutes. She stood 5 ft in front of me. I never even got a chance to say hello or say anything for that matter. I eventually left after being awkwardly ignored. Problems here obviously start at the top.
Food is always great. The wait time at 1:45 in the afternoon inside was disturbing. One register open and it only took one giant office order in front of me to bring my line to a halt. Seems like this store catered more to the drive thrust than the customers in the store. Would be afraid to go back as I'm limited on how much time I get for lunch.
Food was good, but man if you are not out spoken and willing to step behind the counter to get their attention you will be SOL. Trying to get napkins, sauce. Or even a refill was damn near impossible. Not sure why napkins and sauce were not available anywhere but thats a different story. Not helpful and dirty as all hell. One of those places that probably only cleans up before a corporate visit.
