I go here often and usually it is very good. Well, I had my first bad experience last week. A single order, the ticket was correct but the food order was not. I ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich and it arrived with everything on it. The fries were cold and the box was only half full. And I got no straw for my drink and no napkins to boot. Get it together!!!!
The staff was great. Over worked and busy as bees. I observed the staff get verbally berated for simply not giving Chick-fil-A sauce. Get it together people. Be kind to one another. I'm sure this teenage workers didn't intentionally leave your sauce out. Ignorant customer! But my big mouth just had to tell the customer off. Then I apologize to the worker that she had to go through that.
This use to be our go to Chick-fil-A but lately it has been bad. It's run by teenagers and not as organized! Long waits in drive through, inside and curb side pick up..... I liked it better when they had great customer service, girl just handed me my bag, and I couldn't even tell her I was missing our ice cream and drinks before she left... no forks for the Mac and cheese and no sauces.
With the change of mobil orders taking over the parking lot the service for the customer dinning in has gone down dramatically. The level of urgency to attend the customer inside was non existent and the attitude of the employees where poor.Not sure what changed but somthing needs to be adjusted.The order counter and floor where filthy, our order took over 25 min and had to basically re order our food. I will say they refunded our order for the inconvenience. That was nice of them.Very apologetic
We order from Chick-fil-A quite a bit. 98% of the time our experience is exceptional. This visit was above exceptional. I went inside (only bc I had a coupon that for whatever reason the app would not except) and was waited on by Ethan. He not only was eager to help me, but he was extremely friendly & not once made me feel like I was a nuisance with my coupon issue. He had a warm & friendly smile the whole time & was able to multi task (helping me with my order & hand others they're prepared food with ease). Not once did he lose the smile from his face or his sweet personality. I wanted to be sure to Thank him for making my evening so pleasant after a long day at work. Too many people are so quick to jump on the Internet these days and complain about every little thing. So I just wanted to take these few minutes to thank an awesome employee for doing a great job & making me feel like I mattered. It is just to rare these days. Thank you Ethan.
My nuggets were cold and hard and the waffle fries were cold taste like dirt. This is the first bad experience I have ever had with Chic Fila. Not to mention I had to stretch across my car to get the order. I'm glad I had a grip and my Dr. Pepper didn't spill,that's the only thing that was good.. so I think I paid 10.66 fora Dr. pepper. Smh. I will not be back at this location.
Since COVID-19 this location has become worse. The customer service greeting no longer exist, they reopen the inside to only have half of thr the dining area open. Not smart. You are actually forcing people to leave once they encounter the very long ridiculous line in drive thru. In addition if you want to go inside they have installedall these red signs for drive up pickup and no close by parking for inside dining. Just dumb in my opinion. We are post COVID-19. It's time you open up fully and get rid of these priority parking for takeout and Priority staff lounge on the inside thats significantly reducing seating. Management may think they are saving more money..but in the long run you are severly hurting this locations image. Wise up and get back to better operations.
Very little indoor seating, about 2/3 were taken up for employee area. Can tell it wasn't always like this, probably a covid solution. There were a very large number of employees. Not sure if they were all needed though. Service was on par for a Chick Fil a.
