My wife and I are so sorry we chose MaryLou for our wedding cupcakes. Her samples are delicious but it's a trick. She puts her best products out for tasting and then gives the old bait-and-switch once you agree to use her for your event. She cannot be reached after you give her your deposit. Be ready to hound her for weeks to get a response to any question you may have. She sent the cupcakes to our reception 15 minutes before it started (150 cupcakes, a small cake, and an awful-looking stand she rented us). Not only was there not enough TIME to set up, there was only 1 deliverer... so WE had to help them set up. The cupcakes themselves were mediocre. They were not decadent like at the tasting. I probably could've competed with them with a few boxes of Betty Crocker for a whole lot less money and disappointment. We had high hopes for MaryLou's cupcakes. We wanted something special and delicious for our one-and-only wedding day. What we got was poor correspondance, poor service, and a poor product.
