Walk in and place My Order at the kiosk . Placing the Order was easy . Food cake out Quick. I ordered the CEO Burger and it was Delicious. Place was clean and the staff Friendly
I'm going to have to take a sandwich approach to this...Good things: the fries were super fresh and well seasoned and I really enjoyed the banana churro shake!Now for the not so good: the service was really disappointing and the staff made it clear they didn't care to be there. I had heard good things about the place, but I was left underwhelmed and a little disappointed. I also watched the staff in the front get verbal with each other and argue in front of customers, which is never great to see in line and ordering food.Now I'll close on a good note: the restaurant is clean and the burger was pretty good ( I ordered the breakfast burger) and they have a fancy drink dispenser!
I would just like to say I visited the west palm location and everything was perfect!! The manager James was so helpful with our kids and was just a delight. The dinning room was very clean and our food was super delicious. I will definitely take the drive to visit this store more often on a regular basis. Way to go burger fi
Placed an online order for pickup. First off you guys should have curbside pickup, because of the location. Had to pay for parking even though it literally took 30secs to pickup my order. I ordered a veggie burger with no cheese and no salt on my fries. I received regular meat burger with 2 slices of American cheese. I DO NOT EAT MEAT OR CHEESE. since I was already home, I called the restaurant, “manager” rudely interrupted me and asked me if I wanted to come back get the correct order. no I don’t. I’d have to pay for parking… again. Before I got the chance to ask for a refund, he hung up on me. I called back with no answer. There is not a cooperate phone number to report these issues. I can say for certain I will never go back to BurgerFi. Bad customer service. I NEED A REFUND! I DID NOT EAT YOUR SLOPPY MEAT BURGER.
I don’t know if maybe they’re just having a bad day today but the experience was all over.No beer, no onion rings, the food took forever, one of the burgers came out burnt, and the Ketchup station was all messed up. The good news is that the one burger that was not burnt was absolutely delicious.
Might be a hot take, but I think this place is way better than 5 Guys.The burgers all have fun creative spins and nicely toasted buns. I had the CEO burger and loved the truffle in it. They also give SO many fries that rivals the amount in the bag from 5 Guys. Many people said the customer service was bad, but I actually really enjoyed how simple and fast the self-service kiosk was!
Absolute worst BurgerFi experience. The food is decent. But the service has completely gone downhill. Bathrooms are extremely dirty. The entire place is dirty. Walked up and had to order on a screen with zero acknowledgment from the staff. After I completed my order on the screen, it prompted me to leave a tip. Kind of odd since I had absolutely no service at all and expected to come and get my own food
Burgerfi appears to be Floridas answer to Shake Shake. We had a double cheese, chicken sandwich, large onion ring, and a soda which cost $26 without a tip. You order on a kiosk and a runner brings your food to your table. This location is in a nice shopping and dining plaza but almost at the end of one of the pathways. The two tables outside - where we wanted to sit - were filthy and poorly positioned for social distancing. The interior of the restaurant did not appear spotless either and the floors in the order and soda area were tacky and stuck to our shoes. The kiosk was not clean - it was like a dirty pair of glassy - kind of greasy. The burger was fine but not particularly flavorful and the sauce which seemed to have horseradish and maybe some hot pepper in it overwhelmed the taste of the meat. The chicken sandwich was just that but not remarkable. The onion rings were very good except they too had some kind of hot pepper in the coating. We would have preferred that offered the rings without hot pepper as it was the predominate flavor. When I go to a place like this I want quality product and the ability to add the flavors I like without being overwhelmed by a particular flavor or spice. It the basic ingredients are good quality then the need for more anything more than a bit of salt and pepper is not needed - and the s/p does not overwhelm the flavor of the item. If you want a burger and side and you like this sort of flavor you will like Burgerfi. I would prefer a burger and side that taste like the good quality ingredients Burgerfi says their products are made of - not the spices and condiments they put on them.
If I could I would put no stars. The floors and tables were dirty. The food took forever to get served. I asked for no pickles only lettuce and tomato. And I got my sandwich opposite...with pickles no lettuce and tomato. To be located in Rosemary Square I was disappointed. I paid for freestyle beverage and no options for juice I paid $3 for water. Unbelievable. Then the rush of all these young kids getting plastic cups and getting free soda. Meanwhile I have water. For $3. The fries were overcooked. The bathroom we almost slipped. There is no control in this location. I expected it to be better. Wasted $45 and never again.
They make you use the kiosk, no one wants to take your order even though no is doing anything which takes so much time waiting for people to figure out how to use the kiosk. Then waited close to a half hour for my food only for it to be cold. And last but not least there's birds all over the place walking a over the tables
