They play games, poorly ran store and staff. Joke around inside make ya wait (no joke 22 min) to take a order at the drive-thru. Between the lady in front of me and myself 22 min. We were the only ones in the drive thru too . Absolutely garbage, sad thing is I like Bk, but wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
The service was slow and we have been waiting in line for 30 minutes for food that should be fresh. We were the only car in line and we had to show them our coupon after another 5 minutes of waiting. You might call this fast food I call this slow food...
My order was wrong, the French toast was hard and cold, I ordered an egg & cheese croissant and I got meat and cheese... When I called them to let them know, no one answered the phone. I won't be going back to this location. Worst $7 I ever spent.
Long lines, order wrong, the workers are ghetto and have no common sense. I seen the manager grab food with no gloves. When I confronted him he ignored me and walked some where in the back.
Very slow Burger King needs new management and they only have barbecue sauce No other type of Sauces and my food smells like onion rings like I cooked it in onion grease gross I will not be going to this establishment anymore I can’t believe it I’m just flabbergasted
First off: a measly Whopper is over $5????? WTH??? And Why are Shake's NEVER available??? Wife's BK King (or whatever) was substantial, but, price and quantity/quality are nowhere near being equal. Won't be back.
I asked for a large NON BOTTLED water for my dog and I was told it's $2.88 even if ordering food! Absolutely ridiculous! Smdh no thanks!
Super slow! They had a long line in the drive thru. So I went inside to order. There was 1 person who had already ordered who was in there with me. They didn't greet me. Looked at me & looked away. I waited for a few minutes & just walked away. Too many burger kings to deal with no customer service & slow workers! ??
I like this BK because it’s near home and the burgers are always hot, but they always mess my orders up. If I ask and pay for a double whopper, I get a regular one. Today I ordered 2 double hamburgers, in which I paid for, and got 2 regular ones. Everything else is ok, just get my order right please.
If ur in a hurry don't bother the drive thru. I was there for breakfast at 10:40a.m. they asked my order at 11:08a.m. I say can u get the bacon egg crossing. Thwy say we are on lunch
