Ordered a dinner of wings, the wings looked and tasted like they sat out on the counter for 2 days before they made it to me. Wings looked like rubber and the wings weren’t even tossed in sauce. Looked they they sauced it the day prior and just left it the way it was. Me and my girlfriend got sick after eating 1/3 of our foods and all she got was a chicken wrap, photo below (was taken immediately after putting in to go box)

i ordered two orders of boneless wings with fries, when i got home, only one order was boneless? my boyfriend ONLY likes boneless otherwise i would’ve just eaten them but we get different flavors. anyway, we went back and the girls were the sweetest and doubled the amount of wings. amazing customer service !

The taste is consistent with most Buffalo Wild Wings across the country! I had the mild and spicy garlic with a side of fries.
I know they were "busy" so I understand the wait, no complaints there, the host or maybe manager was running around doing a good job making wait times aware and cleaning off tables and Stephanie did her thing and kept us entertained and was attentive at the bar. Didn't have to wait for drink refills or anything. Our apps were on point and delicious, but the fact that the kitchen considered crumb nuggets wings like these was the only problem, it was all fried breading. Guess because it was BOGO felt it was ok to skim off the top. If I go back its to have a drink. But wings... no bueno. Keep up the good work front of the house.
Went here with our robotic team 28 of us mostly teenagers they were simply fabulous with the kids Sherry is amazing the wait staff great. After 2 long grueling days this buffalo wild wings was perfect. From fun relaxing staff, great music to perfectly prepared wings! Definitely worth going to some advice for large groups call ahead with a few hours notice, you won't be able to sit together but they got us in two nice rows.
Rocky the manager is wonderful. He’s very professional and friendly. My husband & I had a bad experience previously and he completely turned it around. He is a very valuable asset to this particular location in my opinion.The five stars are because of him. He will make sure your food is fresh, and made how you want it.Thank you Rocky!
I'm not one to complain and generally very patient, but after 1 and half hours of waiting for our food ( 30 wings and 1 large fry), the waitress came back and asked what we ordered. They did not start our order after an hour and half of waiting. People who arrived after us in larger parties were finishing their food before we were even served. When asked to speak with a manager, it took 15 minutes of us waiting before we decided to leave since no one came.. Horrible experience. Literally, would recommend going anywhere else.
If you like waiting hours for your food, then you should definitely eat here. But if you actually like decent service and food served within an hour, then I recommend eating somewhere else. This place was a joke. Management could even take a min to talk to me after waiting nearly 2 hours regarding my meal. Joke of a BWW.
