The waitress couldn't remember our drinks. Gave us wrong drinks or had to come back and ask again what my boyfriend ordered , rum and coke $15. I had a cosmo with Tito's and they said it was $16 plus an up charge of $3 for mixer. Cosmo is a martini and shouldn't have mixer. The drinks were weak. Then they charged service fee of 18%. Which we would have tipped more had they not put that in there.Total bill for 2 drinks 43.94.
Cool little spot. Good food selection. not the greatest spot on Clematis (not a lot of foot traffic for people watching). Limited drink selection. The food is on point though. Small dine-in area, but easy to-go access for grabbing a bite to enjoy on the green. Standard pricing.
Do you like slow drinks and even slower food? I got your place. Came here once probably won’t do it again unless they give the drinks away for free.
Visited Bodega on the weekend for some tacos and some good music ?. I have try most of their tacosAnd they all good in their own way. The Margarita wasStrong and had a good flavor. The Bar/Music next doorHas a DJ most of the nights which brings a cool vibe.Will definitely come back .
Best tacos in town! I stopped in for lunch with my coworkers we we’re on a time restraint. A nice young lady greeted us at the door. It was our first time so she explained how things worked. She had really good recommendations as well. Once we all ordered our food I got buzzed within 2 minutes of placing my order. Now that’s what I call service. 10 out of 10 recommended!
The ambiance is super cool! Drinks are strong and ice cold! Food is delicious, and the service was even better! Jose is awesome! Very attentive, and helpful from the minute we walked in. Recommending this place to all my friends and family! Downloaded their app to get reward points towards free food and to be able to have them deliver to the house. Overall very satisfied and impressed.
Tl:dr Pricy food, descent taste, bad service.Was here on a pretty busy afternoon. Made a 20 minute line for takeout, and wrote down my order on a piece of paper to give to the cashier. Very pricy, over $4 per taco, $15 for a bowl, and $7 for a frozen drink. When I picked up my order, the cashier only wrote me down for half my order, so my partner and I had to share. The meat tasted good, but would not be coming back.
Came with the fam for happy hour and never left! Talented bartenders, good food (especially the birria tacos), fun music/live band, and waitress was super sweet!
Great atmosphere and vibe. However I’ve given this place a few tries and the food and drinks just don’t taste good. Especially given the prices being so high. If you’re looking for a vibe with friends then it’s cool. If you’re looking for great tasting authentic Mexican food for a great price, I’d recommend Rivales up the street.
I came to bodega on Saturday night with friends and checked out the upstairs lounge. Great vibes and the drinks were amazing!!! Shout out to the bartender: Angelique, she was awesome and very friendly!! Made us feel very welcomed
