I never leave bad reviews but I had too. I had the same experience as someone else had here in the reviews. First of all I came in and the owner was chatting up a storm with other customers instead of helping people coming in. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I had to repeat my order about 5 times because she couldn’t understand my order (I ordered 2 cold brews) one plain with cream and the other cream and 2 sugars very easy order ! I received my coffee and it was the worst cold brew I think I’ve ever tasted. There was so much sediment in my coffee and it had no flavor. I went in to see if they could give me a new one and the owner said she couldn’t and if we would like to purchase something else !!! Why would I want to purchase something else when what I received was awful in the first place. I couldn’t believe the level of service here and how awful it was. The owner should have said absolutely I’ll correct it and make you a new one. I ended up leaving with my coffee which I then just tossed in the garbage. Plus it’s way overpriced a medium cup for $6.49 and large for $8!!!!! for basically swamp water. If you are a coffee lover DO NOT COME HERE !
I really try to not leave negative reviews, but this was impossible not to.We walked in, and were greeted by the owner of the business, she went on a rant about how Jamaican coffee is the best in the world and also the most expensive, when she was finally done and ready for us to give our order, she couldn’t remember anything I told her (2 drinks). She had to repeat the order to me about 7 times. The delightful employee of hers that was working there, is being mistreated by her, she was constantly micro managing her, and being super unkind to this delightful, hardworking young girl.Upon finally receiving the coffee, after all the hype she put on it, I was expecting the best coffee of my life since it was over ten dollars for one cup, and man it was anything but that… there was so much sediment in my cup, it tasted super watered down, and not worthy of all the hype given. We kept noticing how terribly she was mistreating her employee throughout our time there and it was heartbreaking. When we were finished our drinks, we made sure to tell the young lady that she was wonderful and we really appreciated her servicing us. The owner, hearing this, tells us, “yes, she is well trained.” I’mDisgusted that a person can say that to another human being as though she was her dog that did a trick.Young lady, if you are reading this, you deserve so much better for how amazing you are.
Complete dumpster fire. Safe food handling practices not adhered to. Coffee tastes like someone washed their socks in the water. The owner is one of the rudest people I've encountered in quite a while. She attempts to terrorize the neighborhood; "letting it be known" that the mayor and her are the best of friends. All you need to know about her character - she repeatedly parks in the only handicapped designated parking space available. SMH
The coffee was awesome. It would have been nice to know that the eggs come over easy with the 2/2/2 special. We were charged $17 for them to be replaced and told thank you for being understanding. The bacon is baked every morning, but can be overcooked
There's so much to say about Blue Mountain Coffee House - but let me start with those blueberry pancakes. I'm a lover of pancakes and eat them all over the world - these were like my mother made -- and they were the best; the Mocha Lattes are perfect and of course, the owner - Allison -- always makes me happy to see her.
Love this place! I met someone here on a recent weekday morning for an informal business meeting. It was the perfect spot to sit outside at a shaded table on a quiet street, enjoy some coffee and a little light breakfast food and chat with the (most gracious) proprietor.
I don’t trust any store that won’t give an extra cup of ice. It’s tacky and my coffee wasn’t prepared to my satisfaction. This is supposed to be an almost 6.00 coffee LOL ! For what ? It has barely any ice no milk or anything. It’s basically just beans and water.

The most delicious cappuccino ever!! Great service and my egg croissant Hit the spot! I bought some of their coffee beans as well!
Nice small coffee shop for a quick brunch and cup of coffee. The waitress Jessie was awesome, very friendly and professional. I wish it was more kid friendly, less like a schoolhouse and more relaxed.
