We had our Saturday dinner at Batch. We ordered burnt ends and the pulled pork egg rolls for appetizer. The burnt ends were too sweet for our taste. The pulled pork egg rolls were good. Husband had the blackened swordfish with jasmine rice. He said the fish was bland. I had the short ribs with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were great, but the short rib tasted like pot roast. Drinks were awesome. Atmosphere is nice. Great service. Maybe we should have ordered the chicken and waffles. ?
Girls birthday brunch. Service was terrible. They ignored us. Had to get up and go to the bar numerous times to get our server.
I ordered a Avocado toast with an egg, and that's exactly what I got, but not what I expected. They just cut an avocado, put it on a toast and then an egg on top...... Every other restaurant prepares the avocado, and makes it look a desirable dish. My wife ordered Huevos Rancheros, if you are in to very fried, almost nasty food this is the dish to order. Sorry! The best of the restaurant was the attitude of the waitress Ali.... great service
Itâs always a pleasure going to Batch, they never disappoint. Everyone was nice and welcoming and the food is always the bomb.
Great atmosphere. Excellent attention from staff. Dan Waters was AMAZING!! I donât know the full name of the cocktail but it has 305 in the name that he gave me a sample of and it was fantastic.
Batch is a fun spot to enjoy delicious food & creative craft cocktails!!! Did a double date & the energy in the restaurant was great for a Friday evening. Our server, Heather W was personable and knowledgeable about the food items & drink choicesâ¦she gave great suggestions and all around provided exceptional customer service! Looking forward to going back again next week!
Our waiter was rough and everything we asked for the restaurant was out of. We were highly disappointed however the manager was awesome and we ended the night happy.
Our server was friendly and attentive. The appetizers, homemade sodas and cocktails were great, but dinner was a major letdown; not one person in our party enjoyed their dinner. The restaurant was uncomfortably loud.
We ordered the oysters, chilled and charred. Both weâre disgusting. Incredibly fishy, I feel sick just trying them. We did not make a scene, we solely said they were not good and asked for the bill which came out to $73 (w/o tip) for 12 oysters, 2 drinks, and 1 tea. After paying the bill and tipping our waiter we told him, âplease donât serve that to anyone else.â To which the waiter responded, âwell people seem to love it so maybe it was you.â If they could serve mangled disgusting oysters, then I donât want to know what else they put out. This spot only seems like a drink spot, do not order food. We went to a place just down the block called Sasafrass, with very similar menu. Night and day difference, spend your money here.
I really enjoyed the ambience and the food. The service provided by Feeby was also exceptional. We ended up waiting almost thirty minutes for a table to get up that was over their 90m max, but Feeby definetly made our experience more memorable. We were meeting for my 40th birthday and reserved two table of 8. We were on time, but my family was fine and we just hung around table one until table two finally got up Ha!
