This is my 3rd time at Banko Cantina and I keep bringing along new friends with me and they all end up loving this place. The food and drinks are great. Friday and Saturdays they have a Latin band playing live and they’re the best. Love the comfort of eating drinking and dancing all in one place. Will definitely keep going back with friends.

Happy hour was a great value and the restaurant overall has a great atmosphere. Unfortunately the service was poor.

Poor service! Attitudes from servers Rooftop brunch. Atmosphere good. Food and service were subpar. Don’t plan to return.

Burger was served to us completely raw and my boyfriend got sick from it. We showed it to the server and she agreed that it was raw and did nothing to amend the situation and we were still charged for it. It was absolutely disgusting and will not be returning there to eat again. Mimosas were also 99% orange juice which is another reason we won’t be returning. Terrible food and terrible service

The food was over salted and the menu on open table did not reflect the actual menu provided for brunch, you also were not given an option on how you wanted your eggs done even though that wasn’t stated on the menu…disappointed with it all as this was my first and last time ever going there for brunch

Shrimp tacos have tiny shrimp, very sub par and surprising for a modern restaurant. Other food items were good but not great. Waitress was disinterested and slow. The ambiance, bars, and music are the best aspects of the establishment. Won't dine here again.

Brunch is equivalent to a continental breakfast at 2 star hotel. Although I don’t recommend brunch at this place to my worse enemy, the drinks and the DJ are the best! With that said, if you want cocktails music and a super cool atmosphere this is the place. Otherwise, you can opt to have brunch somewhere else in the area and join the after party at Banko from 3pm-5pm. Brunch is from 12-3 but only worth the atmosphere and drinks.

Went to Banko for brunch with 12 people in our party on Sunday. Called at 11 when they opened to change the reservation which was at 1 to outside. When we got there the table was not set up and nobody knew about the large party but the manager who said “oh yeah that needs to be set up”. Food was terrible and over priced. Half of it came and then the other half came after the first half of the group was nearly done eating. Our drinks (all but 1) came with the food which took a while. The last drink came (after several attempts) when we got our checks. 20% gratuity was added to our big party despite the terrible service. Wouldn’t return even if I was paid.

HORRIBLE!!!! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!! Everyone is RUDE! Their customer service doesn’t exist at all! All the female waiters appear unhappy and aren’t friendly at all. My drink was not made correctly, when I brought it to their attention, they stayed I needed to buy a new one. Ha!!! What???? Ive given this place multiple chances and I promise it’s bad each time. Forget the drink, the service from the girls here is so bad. The owner of whomever the black dude said he is, that walks around scoping out the place and not actually FIXING issues is just as bad. With all of their allegations, I don’t see how they’re still service. Their BRUNCH food is good, the service will make you not want to return at all.My friends were visiting town, and I thought I’d give them a shot, it was a hot mess. From the guest that dance around all over the place with no regards to anyone else, to the service. They do not cater to minorities at all. They constantly push us away. I could go on… 0 STARS!!!!

We showed up for dinner and no one greeted us for 10 minutes It was so loud. The waitress walking around was in her phone and never came to greet us. Terrible
