Cash only mainly takeout spot with some seating. Tried their coffee, it was really good! Grabbed some of their cold case items to take home as well. Exceptionally friendly owner and a good selection of food.
Was close during the time I went there.Don't go during these time as they close 2.30 to 3.30pm for break..Still haven't try their food yet

Horrible to say the least. I’m fine with a whole in the wall place, but the banh mi was awful! Starting with the chewy French bread. I even asked to be sure to toast it. The bbq and grilled pork were not any better. One bite of each sandwich was enough to throw it in the garbage.
Cash only. Not much a selection. It is called Banh Cuon but rarely are available.
Steam rice cake is good, Banh mi is not really good, so dry. Very nice owner, good service and clean place.
I ordered steamed thin rice paper. $10 dollars is the price for this item. However, the old lady, the owner of Tan Dinh Banh Cuon restaurant, asked me for 16 dollars over the phone. I'm really sad about this. This case happened twice when I and my wife ordered food from Tan Dinh Banh Cuon. That is not a good way to serve customers. Lying is an unforgivable thing. I feel extremely disappointed with the way customers are treated. I must vote 0 star instead of 1 star.
