Finally opened back up after pandemic and construction. I stopped there yesterday and what a mess they are. 1st I go through the drive thru. The girl tells me, I must come Inside after sitting at speaker for 8 mins. I go inside and there is a bunch of people standing around talking but not one asks for my order. Finally a young man comes over and takes my order. I pay $8 for a beef n cheddar meal. My ff were old and cold and the sandwich was so soggy. I literally took a bite n threw it away. Totally disappointment and waste of 20 mins to get my food?

I'm not one to complain but I ordered one beef and Cheddar and one PLAIN DOUBLE with 2 fries and 2 drinks and did not get the plain double but got 3 fries and a TON of sauces I did not ask for. WORSE ARBY'S IVE EVER BEEN TO. I thought after the whole remodeling of the store maybe things would get better but no the same idiots still work there apparently and do not know how to make food, get orders right and still s***** customer service. Will never go back there.

We went through the drive-thru, and there was not much of a wait. They messed up part of our order, and the soda machine had too much fizz, so the drinks were watery. The food was good, but the prices are steep for fast food; we could have gotten something similar from a sports bar or diner for less $.

So, first of all, I don't understand how Arby's bought out Buffalo Wild Wings, a thriving business when no one I know really eats Arby's. I myself, didn't go here for many long years. For lunch, wanted to try out. Drive through was shut down because of computer problem. I go inside and I find many things aren't available. No chicken, no lettuce, no onion rings, no curly fries, no diet coke, no pickels... and etc. I mean, one can buy some lettuce heads ... anyway, I had to ask for condiments twice. There was no cup out for sauces. There was no lid available for drink cups. Oh yeah, they were out of medium size cups and going very one large cups. It was not a clean and incoting environment either. I feel the franchise owners slacking. Food was so mediocre. Was bloated afterwards. So, yeah, staying away from Arby's again for a while. Long while.

While ordering our food in the drive thru the man taking our order was very rude. Asking if we were getting anoooother combo? Wooowww. Then when we were done ordering out 2 combos and 1 kids meal he says I hope your done.Then when we get to the window the man is the manager and he's extremely rude and rolling his eyes left and right. Literally throwing his hands in the air upset to have to take another order.

Staff was really unorganized. Took 18 minutes for a burger and fries and the food was still cold. The burger was ok but wouldn't go back due to the staff and i prefer my food at least warm. Definitely choose another location!

Over the last year this particular location has gotten a lot better with their customer service, cleanliness of the building and the wait time for food. I go here often and I am now impressed how much faster, nicer and cleaner they have become. The remodel of the establishment definitely helped the whole location.

Sat in the drive through for mins on end. Eventually I gave up and just drove to the window. Found out why I waited so long because 2 of their staff must have been on some kind of drug as they were swaying back and forth. 1 women could not understand what I was saying (#5 with a coke). I at one point had to ask her if she was ok and she just looked at me like I was from another world. They even messed up the order.

Recently renovated,motivated staff. One of the few fast food places that will allow you to dine in currently.

I’ve been craving Arby’s for a minute now but went today after the rent aviation. Went inside and stood in line for 7 minutes with one guy in front of me took to long so I left laughing as they only had 4 people working at a lunch rush and there was 10 cars out back in drive thru. This place will fail real soon unless you bring in a team that will work with employees to be more responsive and professional. Cashier was wearing a snow cap inside. We live in Florida not Alaska. The gm needs to do his job better.
