First time here with 4 others. I order the manicotti, it was awful. The cheese inside didn't even taste like ricotta cheese, more like a cheap imitation. The pasta was like glue.Someone at the table had pizza and said it was crispy and good. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing (although there shouldn't be any wrong thing on the menu)The waitress Sasha was very good though.
What a joy it was to go out for my husbands birthday just the two of us and some good pizza! It was our first time and our server was such a delight to talk to. She was super helpful and was so quick to get our order in and food on the table. Also, I believe they’re under new management and the place is in good hands for sure! We will for sure be back! Love that this is in our neighborhood.
We have ordered many times from Amici and just love, love the food. Tonight we ordered two large pizzas for delivery. One pizza arrived as ordered the other pizza was completely wrong. I called back and spoke with the same man that I placed the order with, he remembered me which I thought was great. We discussed what happened and he openly stated that he remembered the conversation and stated “ I’m sorry that mistake was on me.” I asked to get the pizza that was ordered and he seemed to be trying to help but said the best that he could do was give me a discount. What, I just paid you??!!! I specifically said only cheese at least 3 times - a family member does not eat meat. It’s not about making mistakes .. they happen, it’s how you handle them and I feel this was completely mishandled. I asked that the owner call me - so far, no call.

If you visit here for lunch you will not be disappointed. I ordered their chicken parmigiana (a dish I only consider in general as only tolerable for my specific taste buds)….but Amici’s chicken parmigiana tasted AMAZING! Excellent portion for the price as well. I went back for a second time, ordered the same, and it was just as good as the first time. The staff always checks in on me in timely fashion nice location for a quick lunch meeting, or to meet with colleagues after the workday. Has become one of my favorite spots!
Awesome atmosphere, great staff, better food! I would recommend definitely going back to try other menu items. Loved the chicken parm sub.
OMG!!! WHAT AWESOME SERVICE!!! NOT TO MENTION THE GREAT FOOD!!! I had a placed an order on a busy Friday night and was greeted upon entry. As I was leaving the guy offered to help take my food to my car!! I thought that was so nice of them! The food...AMAZING!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! :-)
The food is amazing but customer service is horrible. I just discovered this pizza place inside the shopping center that has numerous other restaurants and options and dedicated to try something different with my staff nursing. We ordered a large order on one day and the food was amazing, customer service was ok that day not great but not bad. However on the last two visit the customer service has been horrible “Felix” the guy that takes the orders isn’t pleasant and almost makes you feel like spending your money with him is the pleasure not you supporting what appears to be a private business. I’m huge on customer service working in a Industry that provides a service. His unwelcoming energy and attitude isn’t the type of workers I would want preparing my food and this is why I will not spend another dollar there.
It is a pleasant patio, part of a big one story mall. We have eaten in the mall before and today we chose AMICI. The waiter was excellent, he had to make a great number of trips to bring us our order of Pizza. I am 91 and that was the best treat for me. The pizza was good, generous amount of cheese and sausage and mushrooms. We could not finish so I got to take some back for my freezer in the assisted living facility. It will be one of my best lunches. The center is close to my residence, has outside dining (important) and I will be back with my children and adult G/children as often as I get them to visit (my buck).
Amici’s came through for us last minute to feed 50 hungry ladies of the US Naval Academy swim team here for a training trip. The food was fantastic and everything was perfect!
