I think that the food is great ,so far the chicken wings lemon pepper are my favorite. I believe that there is some room for improvement. They use containers to pack your food ,To avoid grease from getting in the container they should put paper napkins under the food to absorb the grease.That will eliminate greasy fries and fried chicken. I think that what we get depends on the person packaging the food.There definitely a step missing in the daily operation but it’s an easy fix.Anyone that is an experienced cook knows that when taking fried foods from the hot grease it’s always best to paper towels or napkins to absorb the grease.The fries remind me of homemade fries that my mom used to make. She would cut a potato fry it then give us French fries in a little bag.I’m from up North we had a Chinese restaurant called Little Kitchen. They had the same flavored fries as Wing Stop.We only paid 5 or 10 cents a bag, lol !Again if the grease issue is taking care of everything else is great. This is my opinion. I will say that the cook definitely knows what he’s doing
They claimed our order was ready and we had to wait over 40 minutes. Then we got the wrong wings & the man (tall white guy with glasses) named Thomas gave a nasty attitude and refused to give us what we ordered. We order a dry rub which he gave us wet wings and said it’s a “dry wet rub”…..how, like how does that even make sense i order from here all the time and get the same exact thing how can wings be dry if they are wet??? Thomas obviously doesn’t need to be working at wingstop if he can’t make wings then gets mad at the customer for not making their food correctly.
my boyfriend had went inside for me to grab the food today while i was waiting outside, he always places his order online, it's never finished in time. the last time we went that was gonna be our last straw because of how disgusting and how long you have to wait for your food. everytime i get my regular fries they are SUPER soggy, no seasoning AT ALL and not even well done when that's what i asked for. this wingstop used to be super good but by each time i come here it goes down hill. i would not waste ur time coming here!
My fries and wings were cold and when I called back to let them know, Eric (the general manager) asked me to bring the chicken bones back to the store and he would remake them. The mere fact that he suggest I bring back half eaten wings from the guests at my house was DISGUSTING! This was the worst example of a service recovery. The staff needs to be retrained. I used to be an avid customer but I will not be coming back. McDonald’s has better customer service!
Wings were fried so hard we had to throw some away, they were inedible. The fries were ice cold, with no seasoning whatsoever, just plain. We live 5 min from that location so if the fries were fresh or hot or even warm, there was not even time to cool down that much. They were clearly old and tasted as such.The overfrying is a common issue it seems for this location, save your money and order from the Fowler location as they have better quality control. Absolute waste of my time and money.
This location is a standing joke with myself and friends ?. The young lady working cashier today 4.16.22 around 11am has the worst attitude and if she would’ve treated someone else with less patience the way she did my girlfriend and I it might’ve gone south quick. Whoever runs this s**t show should probably do some quality control all around. Way too many better chicken spots in our area.
I knew they would be super busy today with the Super Bowl, so l ordered and paid for my order yesterday. I showed up at my scheduled time only to have a line 20 deep, and many in line saying they are more than 2 hours delayed. Why didn’t they call us beforehand? That place was an absolute mess. Many got tired of waiting and requested a refund. That left many of us having to rush to find at the last minute wings and things. Not good. Don’t take more orders than you can handle. Looks like it was a money grab.
Wings are awesome. Seriously I love their wings. The guy saying that Hooters wings are good is clinically insane. Their wings are garbage in comparison. The fries are probably some of the best fries you can get from anywhere. I would recommend to do light seasoning on the fries unless you like extra salty. Also, usually takes longer than the online order system says. So just add 10 extra minutes to the pickup time. Definitely give them a try.
This is my second time eating at this Wingstop. I was quickly approached by a young man named Joshua. They had a few orders that they were working on but everything was running smooth like a well oiled machine. Joshua treated every customer with respect and was very helpful and courteous. In my personal opinion an individual may fake many things however, something they can’t fake is actually caring. Thank you Joshua.
Wings weren't well done. Very soggy. Very slimy. No crunch to it at all. I was not pleased with them. I threw my 10 piece in the garbage. Cooks need to do better and stop rushing
