First time diner: came on a real busy day May 5th - place was busy - their computers went down - but they kept it going - food was great - great flavors and combination - despite the hiccup in their computer system they pushed through orders and did their best kudos

Yum. That is all. House made fresh salsa and guac. Cheese sauce and chips with beer are the best combo ever. Tacos are filling and delish.

Always good, consistent, food. Friendly, attentive, staff. Clean store. Wish they hadn't gotten rid of their more Mexican flavored hot sauces.

Truly enjoyed the food here. Well cooked meat, well-prepared and flavorful burritos. The customer service also caught my attention, as soon as my roommate and I entered, the staff welcomed us and offered to take our orders so as to split up the line of people waiting, and kept checking in often, but not too often so as to be intrusive.I was a big fan of the personal flair the area had, such as the ceiling paintings and wall murals. Should've taken pictures, will definitely update next time. You can also purchase bottles of the custom sauces at the hot bar. Jason's Mom's sauce with the brown sugar is a great choice.

Bad customer service girl in the front who was supposed to be taking our order didn’t seem to like her job or be actively listening to what I was trying to order the menus where not at the table and we had to order at the register. So if your looking to go to a nice food spot this is not it played country music the whole time the Tijuana flats location in brooksville is much nicer and welcoming just a way better vibe in general.

Phenomenal customer service every single time. Also delicious steak tacos! But if you don't like lettuce you're SOL because there will always be pieces of lettuce mixed in with your cheese. Having to comb through my tacos to pick out lettuce is the only con.

I forget the cashiers name (cashier is a girl), but she was super nice and friendly. One of our meals was cold and the cook offered to remake it too but we knew it just needed to be heated again. I love the sauce counter!

This is by far the worst TF I have been to. I have traveled a lot and been to numerous TF. The front of house seemed to be run by teenagers and management does not seem to be in stilling pride in their employees. It started simply by forgetting our drinks minutes after we ordered. Never put in the queso n chips we ordered. Didn't tell us that they were out of Verde sauce until our food came out with Chipotle sauce instead of Verde. We were then simply told oh we're out of that and a few other things, didn't anyone tell you...sorry. The employees didn't seemed to care to fix anything and honestly didnt seem to want to be there anyway. After that we also realized that we received a burrito instead of a chimichanga, nachos without any queso, queso was actually missing from multiple items we ordered. When asking for a drink refill, the employee grabbed and returned the cup with bare hands around the rim of the cup. Having worked in the food industry for many years I thought it was common knowledge that you never touch the rim of any cup or glass. Having already been hungry and knowing we had an hour drive ahead of us, we ate what we could and quickly left. We will definitely not be returning to this location.

Nothing to mind blowing but it's worth experiencing, the sauces, tacos, nachos, better than most places in their type of dinning, this location was great, employees did an good job.

It's my first time going to this location of Tijuana Flats and I loved it, super clean, the girl that took my order, I don't know her name, but she has blond hair, she was so nice and efficient, she explained what some of the dishes came with, to make sure I wanted all the toppings, she made sure my to go order was the way I had it in mind. The food was delicious, we loved it and it tasted fresh and with great flavor, I'm coming to this location of Tijuana Flats from now on.
