Be aware that the pricing on the menu does not reflect the pricing that is charged by the register. It is completely absurd that the managers are making the waitresses recalculate the bill manually instead of fixing the problem. The chicken was dry and a choking hazard for our children as well, but we aren't going to even get into the low quality of the food. Our server Nazlin was great but shouldn't have to fix little problems such as this. That is the job of the manager.
Well we made our once a year trek to this place to see if things had gotten any better. Answer is no. Service, time for food, and the actual food were horrible.Nachos were so bad. They had nothing on them and chips were stale. The 40 wings were COLD. Manager came over and gave a lot of excuses and apologized with a reduced check but having a bad experience every year for the past for years is unbelievable.Winghouse needs to change badly. Concept is old and worn as is the service and food.
Grabbed some Buffalo shrimp and a Buffalo chicken wrap from this Winghouse location in Wesley Chapel that I ordered online. There was no greeter at the front and I pretty much wondered around until I found the "To-Go" station where the food was just sitting there for anyone to grab seeing the young ladies were all occupied with the gentlemen at the bar. Food was "ok" and my shrimp were tiny, not at all like the Winghouse at Raymond James Stadium. The shrimp they serve are MASSIVE.
Great hospitality/good deals on food. Wednesday was by 1 get 1 free wings. Can't go wrong there
Our waitress was great and the food was amazing. Get the Cod sliders…you won’t regret it!
Given this place 2 tries and there will not be a third. The only thing worse then their food, is their service. 2nd trip took almost 15 minutes for our waitress to greet us or take drink orders with maybe 4 other tables in the restaurant. Food came out cold or wrong, or both. Took 3 attempts to bring out a basket of fries that were still somehow cold. Never again.
5 star service, 1 star food. Tot appetizer came out too fast and was cold. Got the naked wings and 3 were burnt and 2 were still raw. Was almost $60 with tip and only had 1 beer, 1 soda, 5 piece wing, total appetizer and a boneless wing. Won't be back
Went during superbowl, food is always good and hot, waitress was very attentive. The co2 was down so nothing to drink requiring it and they were out of curly fries. Generally that's not the case
Enjoyed the food and service, drinks were weak though, little Alcohol
Ordered 10 wings naked with exxtreme sauce, boneless wings with mango habanero, buffalo chicken dip. I don't ever complain about food but I couldn't even eat this, it was so gross. It looked like they took it out of the dumpster.
