I order 37 dollars on door dash and they forgot my drinks and gave me the wrong bag of food, I talk to the deliverer’s and they said they kept asking for my order and they kept telling them this is it. Very rude and the food look nasty.
Get it together! I just spent 20 min in the drive thru, with 2 cars in front of me at the intercom, and never placed an order because this is the World's Record slowest drive thru. I don't know if the employees are doing H on their breaks, but this is run by a team of zombies.
the cap of my drink was completely off and doesn’t fit spilt all over me. i asked for mild sauce very clearly and i got non. i was appalled to see that my nacho bell grande had no spoon may i add the food tasted like caca. my taco didn’t even close and went everywhere terrible service.
i've never went to a tacobell that didnt have chipotle on shelf. I use to work for several tacobells and when we ran out of things we barrowed from other stores. its even gotten to the point where if a tacobell is out of guacamole they would get shut down. if i could i would rate this place 0 stars but unfortunately you cant so enjoy the 1 star.
This store is new and really needs some help...they are rude and don't really care about customer service, the food we got the other night was terrible, hardly any meat in tacos and my chicken quesodita had nothing in one whole half and they never even tried to fix it for us, basically called us liars, here are some pics...
Very fast drive-thru during this time of the day. The people at the window are friendly and helpful.
The drive thru line was hella long but to my surprise it moved along at a good clip. Just passing through and was craving a few basic hard and soft beef tacos. They didn't disappoint with quality or service but admittedly my order was super basic. I'll assume the line ahead of me had some more complex orders and was still managed proper...will order again should the opportunity arise and update accordingly.
Food is standard and employees are great. The lobby drink machine has not worked in 3+ months and the lobby is kiosk only so you aren't able to order from a person inside. Drink Machine is the main negative. The food has gotten pretty expensive, along with the rest of the world, so a meal is now $10+ which isn't what Taco Bell is really known for
Very disappointed that I spent 25$ on Uber eats yo get a chalupa box just for everything in the box to be old. The cinnamon twists were chewy instead of crisp which i can understand since I’m sure those aren’t ever fresh but the burrito and chalupa was sticking to the wrapper, the cheese in both were hard. Similar to a day or two old burrito. Very sad. The Baja blast was the only thing that was good, so at least one thing was fine ??♀️
