I feel like they’ve really gotten their stuff together as of lately! This used to be one of my least favorite Starbucks in the area because of the long wait times and constantly messing up drink orders but they are on it lately!!! I’ve actually started driving out of my way for this location.
Brendan was fantastic! He explained the benefits of using the Starbucks app to help me earn rewards, and he even let me try a sample of a drink before I paid for it, just to make sure I liked it! The employees were comfortable with each other and cracking jokes/laughing with one another. Awesome Starbucks location overall!
This is a nice design. Lots of room, clean bathrooms, and the service is outstanding

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too in regards to service. No one working there seems to have any personality. You walk in, get up to the counter and not a single staff member says a word. No hello, no welcome someone will be right with you, nadda. Just blank non-existent stares. After about 3-4 mins of standing at the counter, a worker came over and again, there was nothing. She just stared at me, so I said "oh, hello"... She barley made a peep. I was more than half tempted to just walk out. If it weren't for my daughter, I would have. Look, I'm sorry if you hate your job. If you don't like working there (and cant hide that fact) then you should quit!
I had yet another unsatisfactory experience in the store. They lost my order I waited over 20 mins and everyone who ordered behind me was served. When I asked about my order they made excuses about the caramel ribbon Frappuccino coming from one side. Gave them another opportunity to fix my order and they still had not made it. I finally asked for my money back and they couldn't load it to the virtual payment I paid with. So they offered me store credit. I have no plans of coming back so I said no. The gentleman finally gave me my money. This was not the first time. I will not return to this location. Just poor service

It’s sad when you pay 5$ for a drink that you request one way but they still do it the way they feel like it……. I see why I don’t come as often as I would like to.
This location has to be the worst. They are always slow, they give away your order to someone that was in front of you. I'm going to go out of my way to another location because of this.
It was a very nice atmosphere with very kind and polite customer service.
