This used to be one of my most favorite Starbucks locations. Former assistant manager Jacob was always friendly, got our order right and the store was clean. Unfortunately, the last four visits prompted me to write this review. The store is now noticeably dirty. Not messy, dirty. The restroom looks like it hasn’t had a good cleaning in well over a week. I’m really sad that this store seems to be going down hill fast.
Last night, for the first time in many years, I had a bad experience at Starbucks. I ordered two drinks, one a Caramel Macchiato with Caramel Sauce instead of Vanilla (for my mom) and one hot Cappuccino with 3 Splenda for me. Both came out t wrong, but I was in no mood to go back (Macchiato had vanilla and Cappuccino had caramel). I'm going to chalk it up to being late in the evening and being busy, but definitely not their best last night.
This starbucks is the best in town! Always friendly staff and they never get our complicated drinks wrong. We go here a lot. Sometimes too much :)
The only reason I come to this Starbucks is for Aurora, well worth it to drive out of my way to see her makeup! She’s always so friendly and amazing. Truly makes me feel at home. Xoxo
HEY IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR ENTIRE DAY COME HERE! Wow!!! I just waited 47 minutes on 1 drink!!!! I will never return to this Starbucks ever again ever ever ever!!! They have the worst customer service! An employee was so worried about her eyebrows literally did nothing the entire time except play with the eyebrows that were CANDY CANE DECORATIONS GLUED TO THE EYBROW!!! The entire time played with those and talked to a dude beside! On top of that then the manger walks out and the person then begins to work! My iced drink sat on the side for 15 minutes without the cold foam… so I offer to just take the drink as it is no no it’s okay we will get it right to you!!!… 10 minutes later I have to tell them to just please give me the drink the ice is melted so they go back blend the foam and sure enough they walk away from it I’m soooo done I will never go back here again!!!! There were multiple people behind me complaining as well this was a terrible experience I understand this is a busy location and a busy time of the year but to wait 47 minutes for a coffee that I can go down the street and the other Starbucks will do in 5 minutes there is a issue!!!
Went in today and needed help from the manager for my order. The employee went and asked the Manager on duty if he would talk to me and he just straight up rudely said “NO” to the employee and refused to talk to me. I was needing to get back to work and they left me waiting for over 10 mins with no help… Thankfully the DM was there to notice I wasn’t being helped and expedited my order so I could get back to work. However I’m sure he’s hardly ever there so I don’t plan on coming back after that experience.
It was apparebt that most of the staff is young kids working their first job. They semi try hard... Doing the absolute minimum. I can understand and appreciate that. For instance, our server took our order. Other servers delivered our food. The next time we saw our server was when he walked past our table and laid the check down. The food came out cold. We ordered the kids food first so they could eat first yet ours arrived first. $65 for 2 adults and 2 kids to eat breakfast.. Meh
So the drive thru wasn't working to place orders. We were asked to go inside, it was very packed with customers waiting. After 20 -25 mins of waiting inside, I noticed the drive thru opened up, those customers were served first prior to the mobile/walk in customers who ordered and were waiting inside all that time. I've never experienced bad service at Starbucks until today at this location. Plus one of the orders my daughter placed was incorrect, by this time we already had driven away. It will be a while before visiting this Starbucks again. To add the staff never said "thank you for your patience and sorry for the long wait".
My coffee was made as requested and my GSD loved the pup cup.
I’m a regular at Starbucks and love their bacon gouda sandwich. Well, today, I went through the drive thru and was immediately given dirty looks by employees who seemed annoyed when I was ordering. I’m not sure why but whatever. After receiving my sandwich, I opened it and realized that the bacon seemed raw. I was with my friend at the time who basically said that Starbucks wouldn’t be selling sandwiches with raw meat on them because that’s illegal, and these sandwiches are prepackaged so it can’t be raw. I kind of agreed and thought that Starbucks would never sell me anything of such low quality, but still peeled off the bacon and ate the sandwich. Well, 8 hours later, I am realizing that I was right. I am now deathly ill in bed with food poisoning. I’m so disappointed as a Starbucks regular, but have never had this issue at any other Starbucks when I’ve ordered this sandwich. I assume that the staff may be lazy and don’t like their job at this location, which would describe the dirty looks and possibly why the sandwich was way undercooked.
