Service is excellent at this location. Food arrived quickly and was very goodI ordered the California chicken sandwich. My husband the Haystack burger he said was really good. My drink the Tito's specially drink was very good. Our first visit at Red Robin and one of many in the future. Absolutely will return.
Didn't have a wait time to be seated, especially with a large crowd. The servers were amazing and brought our appetizers out within maybe five minutes of ordering them. After we finished our appetizers the food came out shortly afterwards, maybe within 5 minutes of finishing the appetizers. Definitely going to visit there again.
While we've never had a takeaway or delivery order that didn't have problems, today's was pretty minor. We only received one of the two side sauces we paid for, and although two of the three burgers were the same, one didn't get pickles but the other did. Otherwise food was delicious and still warm when it got to us. They are also doing a better job with moisture problems, the buns were not soggy this time! Ordering online is easy and provides lots of options for customization..want onion rings or a side salad instead or fries? Ok. Don't like mayo on the burger, or want a different type of meat? Ok...just like in the restaurant which we appreciate. Would ask that calorie information be visible in the online ordering menu though. During takeaway, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The food and service is excellent at this restaurant. I did encounter a problem recently - I tried to order delivery using my e-gift card number via the phone. I was told that it could not work because I needed a pin so I decided to into the restaurant later that week. I was able to use the same card's number - no pin needed!
A good burger and service, and we had a large party of about 20 after a tournament. I'm not a huge fan of the menu (but chances are you want to ear a burger when you come here) but all in all a good experience and no issues. I'd give it a 5 on service and a 4 on my food which was good, but nothing to write home about.
I've always enjoyed coming to Red Robin since I first went to them up north. Today we had Gem as our server and she was very kind. She was running an 8 table section with her manager yelling at her in front of guests. It's no wonder she was a little distracted. It took 20 minutes to get a drink refill as well as fry refills. They kept saying "someone should be getting that" which seemed like weird verbiage to say to a guest in my opinion. After getting everything our table needed, we left happy, but it could've been a better experience.
Arrived not long after they opened. We ordered the small o-rings and mozzarella sticks. They were good. We also ordered bacon cheeseburgers with our usual toppings and mushrooms. The first burger to arrive had a hair on it but was remade. Thanks for that Red Robin. The mushrooms were disgusting they had a weird taste to them not sure why. Ended up removing them from our burgers. The fries seemed over cooked and just didn't taste all that good. The remade burger wasn't even eaten, only a couple of bites taken out of it. I was able to eat my burger minus the mushrooms and just the fries they gave me and wasn't even offered more when they were gone. That is the picture of the second burger. All in all we will not be dining at this location again.
