The worse fast food experience Ive ever had. We walked in and stood at the counter for a long period while counting 8 employees…several looking at us, but I guess not interested in customers. They were having fun, cell phones out, lots of swearing (f-word and n-word multiple times). Anyway, finally was able to order. Watched our food put in bags and then it just sat there for multiple minutes. I finally asked if that was our food…he said yes, we are waiting for your pies. This is five minutes in. I asked for the food, pies were for desert. All food was cold. Brought the fries back. He gave me more fries from this massive pile of fries that was sitting there when we got there (no heating lamp or any means of heating. These fries were worse. I brought them back and stated I did not even want any more. They are old. He did nothing. You should be highly embarrassed, we will never go back.
My meal did not meet the normal standards of Popeyes. A majority of the fried skin did not stay on the chicken and it was supposed to be spicy, but it wasn't. The chicken did not appear to be fresh and most likely it had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time.Requested a Coke Zero and later found out on my own, they only had Diet Coke.My eight piece box of chicken was going to be two meals. I ended up throwing the other half out when I got home.There wasn't any paper towels in the bathroom and there wasn't any napkins in the dinning area.
This Popeyes in Wesley Chapel had us in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes and the then forgot to include the entire order after repeating the order 3-4 times. I do. not normally write review but this was really not a good experience after having a wonderful day. I will not being going back and if you go DO NOT USE THEIR DRIVE THRU. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED
I went into popeyes today to eat. They were completely out of napkins, every table in the place was dirty, no one wiped any table down, and i asked for a tray as I was eating in and they said none of their trays were clean. The place is disgusting
I went with my husband yesterday and was the worst experience ever.First, the cashier was taking our order with the worst attitude. She walked away as soon as my husband inserted the credit card and didn’t tell us anything else or give us the receipt, so we just moved to the corner guessing the payment went trough.The person preparing the orders was wiping his sweaty face with the same hand he grabbed the food. No only that, but he was messing up everyone’s orders and giving an attitude when someone complained. At this point, my husband lost his appetite. After like 20 minutes we got our order and tried to sit down in the dining area but of course the tables were dirty so we just went home. And guess what? They gave me spicy pieces when I ordered mild. So we ended up throwing away the food because my husband was disgusted by everything we saw and I didn’t get the right order.Horrible service.
Service was terrible. Also out of spicy white meat. Order was wrong.
The food was great. However, they were out of a lot things. The side portions were only about a third of the container. The trash cans were full and the tables were not very clean. The frozen strawberry lemonade was chilled and not frozen. It did taste good though. The biscuits were really good. The restaurant is a lit hard to get too. We had to drive behind a strip mall to get to it.
I really don’t know why I continue to order food from here. Every single time I come they are out of whatever I want to order. This time I pull up to the drivethru and before I can order the person taking my order starts by telling me everything they are out of. Out of half gallon tea. Out of chicken strips. Out of regular chicken and I have to wait 15 minutes. Out of Cajun fries. I’ve lived near this Popeyes for four years now and they are always out of something. I have to wonder if they are out of viable management candidates as well ?
Don't waste your time with this place. They're always out of a bunch of stuff; they're S-L-O-W (20 minutes at a drive through with 4 cars ahead of me?) And what we were able to order wasn't even prepared correctly and items were missing.
Not sure who trains these kids at the window. Here is my order. 2 chicken sandwich combos w fries and coke. 1 - 12 piece nugget and a small Mac n cheese. My bad. didn't check it and left. He said I had 3 drinks I said no 2 coke. My bag had 4 sandwiches only 1 fry...got 2 drinks and no Mac n cheese. My receipt charged me for 3 combos w drinks a nugget combo. And of course no sauce in sight. His solution was dump 1 drink and throw extra sandwiches. WTF!
