Service was terrible, food was worse. Appetizers came out with food. Veal Parm sub was all breading, the bruschetta didn't taste great after waiting a long time for it. Everything seemed pre-made and frozen, which has not always been the case here. Used to have this food catered and ordered it for take out often. At this point I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE. I truly hope they can turn it back around to what it was.
I work at this plaza and I never see anyone go in here nor do I ever see it busy. I went in for the first time to give it a try and now I see why no one is ever in here. Service was rushed and careless, I ordered pasta and it was pretty awful. Also, the place is so ugly and sad and quiet inside? Every part of this business needs a makeover.
Always delish and has never disappointed. The calzones, pizza by the slice (not on their web menu), and sandwiches are always great and perfect when you need greasy pizza
We ordered this on Uber and our delivery itself was great but the pizza was probably the worst pizza we have ever had since I’ve moved to Florida. Pizza came with peppers which we didn’t order, and I got a margarita pizza and it was so thin the bottom was totally burned. I read so many iffy reviews and should have just ordered from our usual pizza place. Worst part is we can’t even get a refund since it was on Uber. We ended up spending $40 dollars on this pizza to just be so disgusted by it and wouldn’t eat it then ordered from New York New York pizza because the pizza was so horrible.
Great new pizza restaurant in Wesley chapel. Very easy to find. Our server did a great job taking care of us. Pizza was so delicious. One suggestion is they need to have juice or milk on menu for younger kids
The service was wonderful! The front girls at the register were very courteous and kind, they made sure to greet everyone who came in even though it was extremely busy. The place was very busy and we ordered 3 pizzas and they still got our order done in 25 minutes. They have a bunch of workers on staff and they all work hard, it’s easy to see. The pizza looks and tastes amazing!! And lastly the kind girl at the register topped our drinks off for us before we left and she asked us, she didn’t have to do that. This place gets 5 stars and if you like good pizza, good service, and done fast this is your place! Thank you Pizza Mania ???
You guys have great food. However 3 times this year you claimed my ticket didn't print out and when I showed up to get my pizza there was none! 3 strikes your out! And never an apology ?
Had heard that this place was authentic NY style pizza, and one bite in I was sold -- fantastic!!! The owner greeted us as we walked in - very heavy Italian accent, very genuine. Brought our food right over to us, drinks, etc. We had to ask for the bill, it felt like we were being served in his kitchen! Weren't sure what to expect from the outside, but soooo glad I finally stopped here -- best pizza I've had in a very long time!!
Today I had the best Pizza in the Tampa Bay Area. I’ve had pizza at every pizzaria and I had 2 slices of heaven. The two were so delicious I can’t stop thinking about the magnificent spinach, tomato, and fresh herbs. The pizza was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was clean and laid back, the service was great! If you love pizza check out Pizza Mania in Wesley Chapel, you will not be disappointed!!
Best pizza we have ever had . Crust is authentic Italian, and the taste is as close as you will get to Italy. Only place we'll go for pizza .
