I have never had a problem with Pizza Hut. The food is very good and our delivery was very nice and polite!! I ordered online and it was very easy to do.

They must have changed up the staff or service since the last time I ordered. This time was absolutely in point with everything. Everything was fresh, hot, & cooked perfectly. It wasn't overcooked near burnt like usual. I received all my items too. A bonus was the delivery driver who was very friendly & polite. He delivered our food with care & really topped off our great experience with Pizza Hut. The delivery was quick & everything was delicious! I was very nervous ordering due to my last experiences, however this time I'm very pleased. One last thing, I LOVE the fact they didn't go up too crazy with their prices due current situations like a lot of places. That's a great relief. Review: 5 stars!

I love getting my pizza here. It always coke oit tasring great. And the manager named Rich is amazing. He has great customer service and knows how to make clients happy. ?

When I go to the wesley chapel pizza hut, they are always friendly & we enjoy the food we get. We love their big box dinner with pizza, cheese sticks, & wings. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Had my ordered delivered and there was a dead bug in pizza. AVOID ordering from here !!

Walked in to order a pizza since the door and online says they close at 11pm. The lady inside told me they were no longer making any pizzas tonight and were closing. Might want to update your front door and website to read the proper closing times.

Three times in four weeks a wrong order at time of pickup. First time.....okay all business, second time okay staffing issues.....third time is not "unfortunate", the third time is we can't get anything right.This is a common theme with ANY franchise establishment in the last few months. No longer will I order from this location.Perhaps in the future they can hire a REAL MANAGER, that comprehends customer frustration and can adequately handle issues not reply with..."unfortunately", "out system", "we can't"... And instead of spending money on giant ear piercings that hole pulleys for lifting heavy equipment, can take some customer relations training.And if you own this location as a franchisee.. .time to overhaul and spend more time in your store OR just throw in the towel and close

When I arrived to pick up my pizza it was 10 minutes after the time promised on my email so I thought for sure my food would be ready. When I got inside my name was on the board and It said ready. I went to the register and was informed my pizza was not ready as indicated on the board. I had to wait an additional 15minutes for my food to get cooked. I also noticed several other customers complaining of the same thing. I also noticed in the kitchen No one had on gloves or mask or hair nets. That is very concerning especially during this covid pandemic. The workers seemed stressed and understaffed. I will say this is the first time this happened and I am disappointed.

The pizza was perfectly made, with the correct amount of cheese, and perfectly baked. Delivery was quick and pleasant. It was delicious. My family enjoyed it. I have ordered many times from this location and am almost always pleased with everything. This time was perfect!
