Worst pizza night imaginable, (except the speedy delivery). How does a double cheese pizza have raw dough visible when I open the box? Guess it’s ramen for me tonight, fml.
Horrible! Looks absolutely nothing like the advertisements. (NY Pizza) Ordered extra cheese...lol...definitely no extra cheese, one piece barely had any on it at all! Crust was like cardboard! Absolutely horrible! Arrived luke warm, dried up and gross!
This place is so unorganized they all seem lost wow can can get better take out service at little Ceser’s and they are 10x more busy crazy not getting pizza here ever again!

It took an hour to get them to replace the order, I ended up taking a store credit instead.Used the credit today and ordered an extra pie. Both came completely burnt. The specialty pizza once again missing all other toppings.Girl on the phone simply said all pizzas come out well done now, and if I didn't like it to order from another store.. refused to refund the order. The manager wouldn't get on the phone. Awesome experience.
I'm very disappointed with this pizza. The pizza looked nothing like what is posting for commercials on TV, also seemed old not at all fresh like I ordered it 15 minutes ago. I should have went to grocery store and bought a $6.59 pizza out of freezer because I have had just as good if not better from store. I still can't believe people think that this is a great pizza because it doesn't even rate good in my book. Mr. O'Neal would not have been impressed especially 1pizza was $15.99 I should have went to Dominos 3 topping $7.99 allday.
My order was correct, and warm when the delivery driver got here. The delivery driver was super polite!!! Great food and service!!
Horrible pizza. purchased the NY and it was dry, had no sauce.
Order from here if you want room temp pizza that takes over an hour to arrive and tastes like ketchup and some cheese on cardboard.
2016: They messed up the order and gave me something I'm not allowed to eat and when they gave us the right one they didn't even give us anything extra. I was expecting something like a coupon or anything but nothing. I want to take back the tip I gave.Brand new 2022:The guy was very rude throughout the encounter. At first he was nice and then when I put a $2 tip. I am a 20 year old student that doesn’t just have to support my family, the job I have is barely an income. We barely order out and when we do we it’s like once a month thing. I can barely afford anything and we had guest over so I ordered pizza with only a $50 dollar limit. I tried my best so I can leave something at least. Once I put the tip down he was like “that’s it?” And I just couldn’t and didn’t know what to do because I have social anxiety. I payed $49.69 as a total with the tip and without it was $47.69
Gross dry no cheese like a normal papa John's pizza. Feeling sad and ripped off.
