I Order from this place at least once a week and never had a bad experience until tonight. Ordered two large pizzas and a 2 liter of Pepsi which some how came out to over $46. Both pizzas were burnt and I don’t know what happened? But I’m not wasting my money with this place again ?Update - just ordered from Marco’s down the street. 2 large 2 topping pizza and a 2 liter came to $28 and that’s including tax and delivery. I miss these guys but I’m not paying these prices and still tipping the driver for mediocre pizza like this.

This place certainly lives up to it's name. Rude employees and it smells disgusting. Walked up and tried to order. Didn't see a menu. I asked the employee if there was one and he must not have heard me and walked away. After standing there awkwardly he came back and when I asked again gave me a crumpled up stapled takeout menu and said that was the only one. After going outside to wait I had to bring my son back in to use the restroom. Employees were talking loud and buying weed. I don't care what they do and honestly working at a restaurant I'd expect them to partake. Maybe don't yell it in front of customers, especially kids though. That explains why he didn't pay attention to me before. Don't get baked to the point you can't focus on a few seconds of conversation. The back area smelled like ****. Restroom was clean and smelled fine but the area behind the kitchen was rotten. As far as the food goes, my hot garlic wings were delicious. The garlic parm wings were just plain wings with shaved garlic. No cheese or sauce just garlic. Kinda weird. My son had cheese pizza. It was good (impossible to screw up but then again I don't know how you screw up garlic parmesan wings) but I understand why they keep 6 different condiments on the table. I'm positive the only reason this place has such high ratings is people from up north with bland taste keep going there based on it's name.

Got food here on NYE and while it was busy the pizza is freaking awesome so worth the wait, staff is phenomenal, can’t wait to come back, also those garlic rolls ? ?

Pizza is amazing. Unfortunately I'll never be back. Everything says they're open until 11pm. I walk in at 9:54. Door open , walk up to the register and whoever was behind the counter starts reciting an order. I let him know I wanted to order a pizza. He says " We're closed. " ,...to which I reply " it's 10pm,...you close at 11pm. They look at me like I just told them their pizza tastes like domino's. I could see if it was 10, 15, or even 30 minutes before 11. It's AN HOUR AND 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOU CLOSE. All of these places are claiming they can't find people to work but here's a place who turns away work. It's a shame because their pizza is amazing but I can't give this place my business any longer.

I'm sad i have to write this review, because on most days New York New York pizza is pretty good. Unfortunately today was not one of those days. I ordered a pizza, literally just 1 pizza and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I get there 18 minutes later and go inside. After standing inside for 13 minutes so I have now ordered the pizza 31 minutes ago, the guy at the front says oh sorry we are a little busy I can bring it out to you when it's done. So I go outside and after waiting 17 minutes I go inside and I ask him what happen he pulls my pizza off the side self and says " oh sorry I forgot to bring it out to you". This is just a joke at this point. I waited almost and hour and spent $17 on a cold under cooked pizza. This is horrible representation of the companies customer service.

My usual location is in Wesley Chapel , I placed an order this afternoon and made a mistake, called and was taken care of, worth the wait, Thanks

I have been consistently ordering from the Wesley Chapel location since they opened. Twice, the bread with cheesesteak sub was pure mush from the grease. Couldn't even lift up the sandwich. I started ordering with the bread on the side for the past couple years and have been much happier. Recently, management decided they would no longer honor this request not even for an additional upcharge. I spoke to the manager Clarence and asked him if I received the delivery and the bread was saturated in grease again if they would they replace it. He flat out said NO!I was in complete shock with his response! This is not how to treat a loyal customer or any customer. So pretty much I was just told they don't care if their product is not eatable nor do they care about customer satisfaction. With this unprofessional and rude attitude they just lost my business!!!

The white pie was decent, but not anywhere close to New York style. It was thin. That's it. The center 10", or so, was soggy and not crisp like a NY style pizza should be. They're very generous with the cheese. Unfortunately, that's what makes the thin crust soggy around the middle. Never thought I would say it, but way too much ricotta. It just ruins the pizza crisp. Also tried the meatballs. They're not large Italian type meatballs. They're around 2" in diameter and pretty wet. Tasted okay, but not what I would expect from a place claiming to be NY style.

First time here and they have a native New Yorker that will be coming back for again. Not bad at all!!!! Service was also pleasant n Pizza was definitely on point.
