Lately every time my wife and I come here it’s been getting worse and worse they are literally out of onions, green onions, tofu, sour cream etc. The female staff members on 06-16-22 evening slapped my wife’s soft tacos on the foil with zero care the ingredients didn’t even make it on to the taco when we opened it my wife had to get a fork and put it all back in the taco. Very unprofessional! DO BETTER MOE’s!
Horrible. Spent $16.00 on a chicken and rice bowl. It is half full. Has maybe 6 small pieces of chicken. Lied about size. Ingredients are poor quality. They brag about it has guacamole. It is literally a teaspoon. The cilantro was a few wilted leaves and mostly stems. Never buy here again. I had it delivered or I would have given that mess back and demanded a refund. Called 3 times to speak to someone for a refund, they don't bother to answer their phone. Will be reporting as fraud charge on my credit card.
This is a freshly opened kids burrito for $6.99. Smaller than the size of my small palm. Did pick up and got home to feed my kid two bites of a burrito. If this isn’t the definition of giving zero effs I don’t know what is. How does someone bag this up thinking that is acceptable? Let’s see if you’ll pay for my gas to come back and get what I actually paid for. Not to mention that EVERY TIME I call and choose to speak to an associate it goes to voice mail. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and honestly the standard that has been set for all customer service these days. Thanks for letting me know how much you care about the hard earned money I worked for and spent at your establishment. Now I understand why it looks closed every time we drive by.
interesting changes. I was not acknowledged when I can in and although 2 workers were at the front of the line neither asked me to wait s second. never seen it like that at Moe's before. hopefully just a fluke.
Asked for no quac and sour cream on the side. Both were all over the bowl.
I didn't know what to expect here as it was my first time at this chain. It was clean and had a nice environment. The staff was nice. It was very reminiscent of Chipotle and my opinion was the food was mediocre at best. Nothing was "bad" about this place, but nothing here was worth coming back for either. I didn't dislike this place but would not willingly choose to return here.

Not usually the one to leave a review anywhere but it was my first time at this place and the young lady at the register who was also helping doing the veggies was a great help to determine what I wanted to eat she also served the entire service with a smile and I really enjoyed my visit I didn’t catch her name but she has glasses and black hair for more employees like her
I don’t know how to spell his name, but Amir was super helpful with everything, was great with the customers I saw and worked quickly to get everyone their food. Great place to go for food if Amir is serving you.
Easily the worst moes in Florida. Everytime I go to moes I get salsa on my burrito. At every single moes except this one it is not a problem. There food always taste disappointing compared to other moes. And on days that the owner is working they do half scoops of the meat. It sucks that this is the closest moes to my house. Moes is one of my favorite places to eat and when i want to leave and get some im met with the sad reality that i have to drive 30 min or deal with this location. The only thing this moes excells at is making crave moes when I see one at another location.
