Sunday 6/12/22Drive-thru experience was abysmal! Took my order wrong at the start, tried to tell them it was wrong and was ignored. Pulled up to the second window and was told I need to tell them the name of the sandwich not the number of the combo meal. Paid for my order, was told to drive up to wait for them to remake it. Waited 15 minutes for my food, to get freezing fries and a burger with a STALE BUN that was broken in half and cold. Horrible experience!

I ordered two McGriddles at the drive though and the order was taken by a trainee. The trainee only recorded one McGriddle, which is understandable as she was training, but at the second window they wouldn't fix the order and allow me to purchase the second sandwich. They wanted me to drive around and through the system again.The employee apologized but admitted that she didn't do it on the spot because she didn't want to work the register. I don't think it's a lot to ask for especially when the alternative is demanding the customer wait in line again.

We have been waiting over 19 mins today wow at this McDonalds Manger comes out and states issues with our Grill yet many that arrived got their food just waiting on a quarter pounder and Big Mac.

I went there specifically to see if they had szechan sauce. I walked in and asked the manager at the register if they had any before placing my order. She said they did. After placing my order, she walked away without giving me a receipt. While waiting for my order, I watched a worker wipe his nose with some napkins before putting them in a bag that was handed to a customer. Once my order was ready, I was told by that worker they actually didn't have szechan sauce. The manager was in the back somewhere at this point so I left.

3 stars for restaurant. 4 stars because of the easy to use, great app.

5 starts to Stephanie one of the managers she is AWESOME AND THE BEST!!!While I was waiting for my order about 3 people came up to her complaining that their orders were taking too long and they were tired of waiting, she was very professional and handled everything with such a great attitude and apologized to these rude upset customers and finished their orders. I saw her doing multiple orders all by herself at the same time and moving them out; in the meantime 4/5 other employees got maybe one or two orders done. Don't know what kind of compensation she is on but MCDONALD'S managers and owners of this location she is worth GOLD to your location she deserves a bonus or a good raise people. She is a hard and dedicated worker.Stephanie I have never met you in my life but I do hope you read and see this and know that people do notice and appreciate all your hard work this is why I am taking time of my busy schedule to make your name shine just the way you do at work.

This is the worst run McDonald's I have ever been too. The lady in line ahead of me was turned away because they couldn't make change for a $20. Guess what I had in my wallet?The staff are clearly doing the best they can but the management is clearly incompetent. Even when you can order their time for giving you product is exceptionally slow.Fire the entire management team and hire some good ones.

I have never been inside but have used the drive thru many times and they have been consistently quick. The food is the quality one comes to expect from McDonald's....(I did get a couple of Big Macs recently that were much better than the usual).. nothing really new but the customer service has been above average every single time.

I should of checked before I left so I take part of the blame but I had two items missing and I ordered a sprite that was just carbonated water the sprite syrup was out I guess I should of notified them about that but I found out down the road.. this specific McDonald's is a hit or miss sometimes its good sometimes its not I know they get busy and thats hard on them.

Got a large combo and a kids meal. Used app for deal. Guy at the window gave me a medium drink, told him it was supposed to be large. He tried to say I ordered a medium, showed receipt, then he huffed and gave me a large. Seemed a little much over a drink, but ya never know what happened before you got to the window. Meal was on par for Fast Food.
