The drive through is very fast , friendly staff and they get the order right. Good location for a small cheese burger lunch.
Last night (04/24/2022) around 10PM I was at the drive through asking for a caramel macchiato and a very rude lady just laughed and said we can’t do that right now and told me they only have regular coffee, and was not helpful at all. Stop hiring uneducated people please.
The girls who work from 10pm-midnight… there’s three girls. One taking orders and doing the register and two doing the food. These are the sweetest girls. They know that Oreo McFlurrys are the only thing getting me through the death of my mother. They greet me so nicely. They really go out of their way to make me feel better. It’s just really makes me happy and I wanted to share. I wish I got their names. I will next time! Tysm girls… ❤️
I would leave zero stars if that were possible. The customer service is awful, the wait for your food is much longer than it should be. And they are always out of something, and don’t order a milkshake past 8 PM because they will tell you the machine is not working. Much of their business is probably because they are so convenient and closer to where people live. We are using the McDonald’s by Cross Creek.
This hasn't happened 8n a while.....but the tea was bad. I turned it in for coke. We get tea fr yall at least 3 times a wk. Wish yall would go back to one dollar drinks.?

The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because for some reason the internet or the app or the ordering process took unbelievably long I was literally in the pickup space for over 20 minutes. So as I was pulling into the parking lot I like to do the ordering where they bring it out to your car so I pulled in parking space number 3 and it took me literally 20 minutes to order three items because their app was running so slow. But the food did come out as ordered once the app finally was able to go through all its processes. I did not go inside the store but getting in and out of the parking lot wasn't too bad. The young lady that bought the food out didn't speak even when I said thank you which was kind of odd. So maybe I should have ranked it a two.
As far as McDonalds go, this is one of the best locations I have been to. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and polite, and my food came out quickly and correct the first time.
I placed an order from the rewards app for an ice cream cone using my 30,000 points. I ordered a large ice water as well, which I thought was free but don’t mind paying.Total came to $.27 for the water. I was having card issues today which is why I turned to my reward points. Water is not available in the app and you can only use 1 rewards at a single visit). I found $.26 in my car. I asked if they would take $.26. They said no. I asked if they were serious and she said yes. I asked if I can have a medium ice water instead of the large. She said it’s the same price.The most surprising aspect of this experience it was a complete void in the person.
Very inconsistent location don’t waste your time coming here at night they only take Uber and grub hub orders after a certain time. Waste of time.
