My wife got peppers on her turkey Tom. The maker put those peppers on my turkey tom as well. Even though I didn’t order mine that way. When I complained the sandwich maker took the peppers off and gave me the sandwich back with all the juices still soaked in the bread. When I bit into it I said he didn’t make me a new one. My wife was like no one would do that. Oh yes that DA did. What a horrible experience I had to top off my bad day. I almost lost it and did something really stupid. It’s been several months now. I haven’t been in a JJ since. We used to eat JJ at least twice a week.
I went there yesterday and the help is not friendly what so ever. I ask if they could make a sanchwich into a salad and they looked at me like I was crazy. I did see the "unwich" and ordered that. At check out I noticed a sign that said "don't forget your pickle , so I asked for a pickle" and the clerk was puzzled. I thought it was a pickle spear so how hard it that to wrap? Anyway....I left with no salad and no pickle. They really need some training in customer care. My unwich was just ok.
I love jimmy johns but I’m not sure I’m going to return after my sandwich today. I ordered a BLT. Mind you there’s only three ingredients on it, but my tomatoes were awful and the lettuce was minimal. Not a happy customer.
I've been coming to this location for a while now. The staff is friendly, courteous and service is fast (as advertised). Their ingredients used to be fresh but as of late I've noticed some of the ingredients are stale. I'll give it another try before deciding to go elsewhere.
The woman who prepared my 6 sandwiches looked very inconvenient.. Paid almost $50 and she couldn't be more upset about it..
Decent service.....They have one young female employee working extremely hard and others not so much. Veggies were not fresh. I had a moldy tomato that made the entire sandwich taste bad.
If you order online check you sandwich before you leave. They miss add-ons like bacon or cheese consistenly. Ordering in store is also a dud, you feel like ordering is an inconvenience for them. Let me decide what I want before you start making the sandwich it's awkward changing when I change my mind.
Two stars for the service because everyone was nice, but 3 pieces of black hair in both my sandwich and partner’s is unacceptable. Will not be coming back
Came here on a Friday afternoon. Got the Italian Night club giant sub seen below. The service for ordering and receiving my sub was kind, welcoming, and courteous in the fact they let us know upon arrival the bread was baking and wouldn't be done for 10 more minutes. The subitseldf was delicious with the oil and vinegar added to it. The fresh French bread was superb, warm, and soft. It was my first time to Jimmie John's and based on this experience, I would come here again.
Terrible employees. Good sandwiches. Thank god we ordered quickly. The poor person who took our order at the register looked like they would die if we took 7 seconds longer.
