The service was awesome for just opening. The employees are also awesome and well trained. Subs were delicious. I recommend Jersey Mikes on 54 in Wesley Chapel
Only had 2 subs, the Philly Cheese Steak and an #13 Italian. The double meat Philly was AMAZING, while the Italian had some odd off-putting seasoning. I split each with a bud, and he LOVED the Italian, so...Anyway, it's expensive to get a full sandwich, and doubling the meat apparently is necessary, but is it a tasty meal? NOM NOM!If the Italian portfolio of flavors landed better in my mouth, would def get that extra star. DAMN that Philly was delicious, juicy, with no chewy bits in the meat... making me want to come back.Oh... the staff were surprisingly fast (rare in this area) and professional.
Will never order delivery again from this restaurant. Your Price increase for delivery is ridiculous. Definitely not worth getting 2 soggy “regular” subs for $30 dolllars!! Shameful.

I always have loved Jersey Mike. I go to Mike’s whenever I want a good freshly grilled sandwich. This location has since turned me off of Jersey Mike. Any hot sandwich you buy will be disgusting because the bread will be soaked. I’m not sure why they don’t use some kind of bun like other locations I’ve visited. I’ve tried the Chipotle Chicken, Buffalo Chicken and even the Mushroom and Swiss. They don’t grill the meat or mushrooms long enough and the cheese may or not be melted. Most of the time the staff consist of younger adults or maybe even kids so cooking or grilling isn’t in their portfolio. Their cold subs are usually good but if I wanted a cold sub, I’d go Subway
Fresh always and the best sandwiches anywhere a bit pricey but worth it.
Best sandwich around! California chicken cheese steak is my go-to. They're as fast as they could be and the employees always seem happy to be there!
I’m not sure my sandwich maker knows the menu. My sandwich only had ham but was suppose to come with 3 meats. I also asked for spicy mustard, pickles and banana peppers. None of these were on my sandwich. My prior visit the pepperoni still had the plastic on the edges…
Third time is the last time again today I ordered a sandwich after hearing from their supposed management team a few weeks ago that things were better so this time I called in the order they read it back to me I pick it up bring it home and it’s completely wrong and all you get it as an apology you need to pay your people more train them right and get better leader ship
This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's Subs. I was very impressed. Place was very clean. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I ordered the Big Kahuna to go. I must preface my review with the fact that am am rarely satisfied with food that I didn't prepare. The sub was better than expected. It was one of the best steak subs that I've ever eaten
