Y'all so lucky I didn't look at my pizza until I got all the way home. I only asked for light sauce, and y'all gave me literally a light cheese, burnt up, cardboard tasting pizza!? Either somebody don't know how to read online orders or someone back there honestly can't cook at all.??♀️ If I could give zero stars I sure as hell would!!!
SADDLEBROOK GUESTS BEWARE:Just placed an order online. I got a call from the store manager, some lady, and she informed me that she was not allowed to deliver to Saddlebrook, where I am staying. She said they don’t let people past the front gate. Then I told her I’d need to cancel the order because it was too far of a walk. She wanted me to meet the deliver driver at the front gate..I then called the front desk to ask if delivery drivers from food establishments allowed to deliver here. I told her what the lady from Hungry Howies said. The front desk lady laughed and said “they were lying. Delivery drivers hate driving back here.”I called back. Asked for the manager, she answered and I told her what the front desk said. She stuttered, tried to say they were lying, and then seemed to think about it. I got sick of her clearly lying, so I said no problem, I’ll leave you a bad review, thanks.Then I called 2 other pizza places and they both said they would deliver here no problem. That they leave the pizza at the front desk and their bellhop delivers.

Have been using this store for years and never had a issue. Until they messed up with my order. Manger said don't worry about it we will have you a credit for your next order. We will make it right until you go to use it and guess what it's not there. Will not use this store again.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I used their bathroom once and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The toilet seat was broken off, hair all over the place, pee all over, etc. It makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like. I will never be getting pizza from here……
It gets worse and worse every time we order from them last time put wrong topping on pizza this time told them no onion on salad and they didn't even cut one of the pizza time to stop ordering from them
Scrumptious pizza and quick delivery! Can't complainThe butter garlic crust is sooo savory. Best pizza chain imo, they cook the pizza just right, not undercooked not burnt
