We have been loyal customers from many years. This was always our go to for our açaí bowls. We recently went & ordered 3 bowls as we normally do & the price nearly doubled from the last time & the ingredients were completely different. Ingredients used to be very fresh, fruit was plentiful, granola was especially delicious. This visit, the açaí tasted like store bought sorbet, minimal fruit, & instead of granola, it was topped with toasted plane flavorless oatmeal. This is such a terrible downgrade & we won’t waste another minute or dollar at this restaurant.
Great food and customer service. I usually order there for lunch with a few other co workers and they love it. Everything tastes great and food is ready when im picking up. Highly recommend for a good healthy meal. Their smoothie bowls are pretty good and filling. Also have to be patient since they're short staff but regardless its worth the wait.
I usually do not bother with writing reviews. Earlier today I went to purchase a panini when the heavy set female behind the counter aggressively said to me “there are some things that we do not have before you order. We DO NOT have Paninis, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, lettuce, etc…. etc… the other customers laughed in the background in disbelief of how rude this lady was being to my wife and I. I felt embarrassed to have even walked into the store. Wesley Chapel is such a beautiful place and to have a business run like this it’s a total shame.. The business also smelled like she burned something
Where do I start?! I walked in to a very dirty kitchen with debris from vegetables and blenders all over the counter where they make the food.The girl was touching her mouth and rubbing her nose then had to grab gloves with her hands. Gross! Food on the floor. The employees were very unprofessional. I asked if I could get a bag of chips and she said, “ well, if you had ordered a combo you would’ve gotten chips included for $1 less than you paid for no chips! Really?!! Why didn’t you tell me that was an option? I said, “well, if I paid a dollar more than I needed to to have chips included can’t you just give me the chips?” She said “ I’m sorry but I can’t do that”. JUST WOW! Tell me the owner wouldn’t do that too. She forgets to make my tea- remind her to make it…Then I walked back in and said, “I don’t usually complain but the tea tastes like dirty water and she said, “that is just how our tea tastes”. Another wow! No offer to give me something else to drink or tell me that she’s sorry it taste bad just agreed that their tea tastes bad lol. So, I ask that she calls the owner/manager because I’m somewhat heated for the laid- back person that I am. The owner tells her to call from 8-4 tomorrow. Really?!! The owner doesn’t want to talk to me right now? Great customer service! TERRIBLE PANINI and I had to remind her what goes on it. Picture below of the disgusting kitchen. You can’t see that the counter she made my sandwich on was all wet and gross. Don’t eat here! I won’t even go back for a smoothie just due to the bad management! Get your act together if you’re going to run a food establishment!!
I'm literally standing in the restaurant now and the two blonde/lighter-haired girls working here are being incredibly passive aggressive. We waited over 30 minutes for two paninis, then one of them went to hand us our food and jokingly said that she made mine on regular bread instead of gluten free bread and would have to remake it. They all seem very unhappy to be working here. We ended up throwing our food away because I couldn't trust that it was actually gluten free bread and they were both soggy to the point of inedible.We ended up getting pizza at 900° Woodfired and it was a much better experience ?
This used to be my favorite place to get a healthy lunch. Today I walked in, the restaurant smelled like backed up water, and I was told the pitaya bowl was changed to a sorbet base. Although I prefer it to be real fruit I thought I would give it a chance anyway.I walked out with a bowl full of melted fruit soup with a tinfoil cover.I’m not sure what changed or why I received when I received, I really don’t know why it was covered in tinfoil.Unless things change back to normal I sadly won’t be back.I used to recommend this place to everyone that visited me in Florida.
Smoothies are good, but the service is terrible and the food is never good quality. Very small portions too for what you pay for, which would be fine if it was at least made with quality and made correctly. They never get my order right and the workers always have an attitude and I don’t understand why. After three failed attempts at a good experience, I will say with confidence I’m never coming here again.
I ordered a strawberry/banana smoothie. They didn’t have apple juice to go in it which the menu said so I got coConut water. When I saw the girl making it she was putting in some raspberry syrup, when I asked her about it- I said that’s not on the menu for this drink. She said some of the items including this one are incorrect on the menu sign. What? Well that’s just not right. I wanted something natural which is why I ordered it, then got some gross bottle of raspberry syrup stuff in my $6 smoothie. Like others said I felt that it smelled in there, and there was stuff all over the place- not clean.
Drink was okay but employees were consistently distracted by outside conversations and food being delivered to them. One even stopped the blender with our drink in it to continue her conversation with the friend who came in
This place is only good if you are looking for a smoothie. The food is awful.Had not eaten all day and was looking for a healthy option for lunch. I got a chicken caesar wrap which was terrible my wife got the fiesta bowl which was equally bad. The mango smoothie was good.
