GROSS; we were forced to operate this location for almost an entire day without water, clearly indicating that the owner Sarju and his wife have no regard or compassion for workers as they demanded we MELT I C E (from a disgusting machine that often left black specs in cups and drinks as we never had time or training to clean it properly) to put in steamers and to use to "wash" dishes. I have never worked in a more soul crushing place, you can't possibly be a good owner if you think nasty ice makes clean dishes and would rather make a quick buck than close for the day for health hazards. Also from a former slicer, ask to read the ingredients and harsh chemicals they have the meat sitting in bc nothing in that store is natural except maybe produce.
Extremely slow and really couldn't figure out why although it seems like app delivery orders took priority over standing customers waiting in the dining room. Took 28 minutes to get a salad and sandwich with 3 folks ahead of me. Took 2-3 minutes to explain to the cashier what a salad was and why I didn't want bread. Was very warm and smoky in the dining room with only 5 or so tables in a very large space so lots of people standing around. Had to bring salad back to the counter because it had only a couple pinches of lettuce in the container. Very rough experience, won't be back. Jersey Mike's across the parking lot is substantially quicker and friendlier. One has to wonder if corporate reps ever actually visit their stores?
Rude staff didn't fill my order properly ordered L sweet & spicy meatball sandwich they only put 3 meatballs in it and added lettuce that sandwich doesn't co.e with lettuce asked them to correct it they told me thats how its supposed to come and if I didn't want lettuce I should have said no lettuce. I litterally pulled up the app and showed them that sandwich has no lettuce but they wanted to argue with me m. Ultimately I made them correct the order but not without 1st being hassled. Never going back.
They have never once gotten my order correct. How can you make a turkey bacon ranch without bacon ?
Always like the sandwiches but 40 minutes is way to long to wait. The service is insultingly slow.
Just received Uber eats order and there is mold on the bread. I called and let them know they didn’t seem to care to too much. Beware!
Husband said his bread was soggy, also ordered 2 kids meals and received just a sandwich for each meal. My first visit at firehouse subs so I asked if there was supposed to be more than just a sandwich and the lady said, "oh yeah, you can get a kids drink." I only stopped in because I saw the kids meals had cute little fire hats advertised and thought my kid would love it. When I asked about the hat and dessert being advertised the lady replied, " no, just the drink." Not worth the $ in my opinion and she either lied or it's false advertiment. Either way, probably not going back.I thought my sub was really good, so I'm giving them 2 starsEdit: after reading other reviews, I realized that we also never got our spear pickles that we ordered.
This place has gone way down hill. Annette u need to hire some employees who really care about your customer. I was there tonight told them 2 times very nicely how I liked my sub didn’t get it even anywhere close. Told them no pickle because I have an allergy and what do I find in my sub box a pickle. So couldn’t eat it at all and they offered to put me in the red book for free sub. I came out of my way to this place and to be treated like I just wanted free food was a real kick in the face.
