EDIT - clearly the staff still refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. “You said you wanted a roll that you never ordered”… so I told them I wanted it but didn’t order it? ??♀️ and the fact that they claim they repeated my order twice is laughable and an outright lie. Anyways, I think their responses to other reviews on here give you a pretty good idea about how they handle business… its sad, really. Just like their food.Super disappointing service and food. For one, they forgot to include the second sushi roll I ordered. When I called to let them know, I was greeted with an attitude saying they didn’t see the charge for it in their system, though my receipt clearly stated otherwise. She then tried to say that the discrepancy in overall price was because they increased their menu prices and there was a ‘sign’ on the counter that said so. Oddly enough, they handed me a menu in the restaurant as I was cashing out - that had the ‘old’ prices on it - and never told me otherwise. She said they were in the process of updating the menu and it was my fault for not noticing the new sign ??♀️. Either way, I’m not going to argue over a $7.99 (or more?) sushi roll that was missing. Or somehow try to reconcile the prices stated on the menu versus what I was actually charged - per some sign on the counter?I will, however, recommend China Gourmet (obv not Japanese, but great nonetheless) off of County Line. I’ve been there 20+ times and have had nothing short of great food and service every time.
Maybe I am spoiled with NYC sushi but the sushi here is nothing special , the raw sushi rolls selection is sub par and the taste is very middle of the road It doesn't hit the spot and it doesn't make you gag so I guess it is what it is . Fried rice tasted burnt and while they did give a healthy serving of soy sauce and spicy mayo they don't provide chopsticks for my delivery order which is a bit weird. Not sure if I'm going to order again when I'm craving sushi.
ABSOLUTELY RUDE OWNER AND MANIPULATIVE STAFF. DO NOT TRY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR FOOD, IT WILL GET YOU NOWHERE - just read the comment they do back to any complaint and you'll see what I'm talking about.
This place is excellent. Extremely friendly owners who took the time to go over the menu with us and even offer vegetarian options. Polite friendly staff, checked in on us while we were eating and catered to our needs. I had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Full flavored broth with a glazed pork. I highly recommend. Happy belly happy heart
Food was excellent and pretty. Waitress helped us figure out what to order and was friendly. Definitely recommend.
Rude staff. They’ll mess up your delivery order missing certain items then say they’ll refund and send a replacement but then never refund. When called to ask about refund was told no we never said that we sent the food as the replacement that should be enough.
The absolute most uneventful chicken fried rice I’ve ever had. Rice, eggs & chicken. No veggies at all! For $9 I expected authentic fried rice. First and last time I will visit.
I ordered the veggie ramen and the veggie teriyaki, both of which were exquisite. The customer service was perfect; they even asked if it was ok to put egg in my food. I'm happy that I've come across this place! (I ate the veggie teriyaki before I remembered to snap a pic)

When you order online the price is not the same when you go in to pay, they charged my card $3 extra. Be careful and watch your receipt!
