Went to get one of their signature lattes and instead of what I ordered, seemed like they just put in whatever they wanted, slapped some whipcream on it and gave it to me. Waste of money. 2nd time I've been there and that was definitely the last. Please avoid this dunkin. Seems like they don't care about service. And obviously, from the looks of the reviews, management nor ownership doesn't care either. Lol... this is a joke of an establishment

How does Dunkin donut run out of donuts? No coffee rolls, no apple fritters, no blueberry, no sourcream??? This has to be the worst Dunkin in Wesley Chapel. I didn't give it 1 star because the person at the window was courteous and tried their best.
This Dunkin’ use to be so amazing! What happened?!? I have been so disappointed lately. I usually go early in the morning and lately the service has been horrible. Today I ordered a simile latte and they made me sit and wait near the drive thru & then forgot about me. I had to park and go inside. My drink was never made so I had to wait even longer and when I got my coffee, it was cold.
There were 7 guys and gals behind the counter and it seems like they struggle to work as a team. Disorganized disoriented you name it. One guy takes an order and there you set and wait no receipt provided then one comes up and say you waiting on some’ well doh off course I am! Oh we don’t have what you ordered with a hoodlum hand movements!! Like seriously!? You better get your act together lady this is not some high school argument or domestic fight.. you take that behavior to your home not in any public.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any kind of food menu. A boy who called himself sans with a ponytail pulled back really curly sync hair was real room to me because I asked for cake donuts and they gave me plain cake donuts instead of the ones with the frosting. And then after shoving the box in my hand and being kind of snarky here flippantly told me to have a nice day when I told him I would be con corporate because the way he was acting just a lot of I rolling and nasty attitude. The woman I thought was on the intercom was just as rude when I asked them to make sure they put cream cheese on the bagel not just wipe off the knife and then laughed about it she got very offended and said they have to charge me extra for cream cheese I explained her I don’t want extra cream cheese but some of the locations lately have been barely putting enough cream cheese on to be the equivalent to putting butter on a piece of toast overall a very sad experience I’m very disappointed in you Duncan
I go to this Dunkin 3-5 days a week. During the week when I go I have a FANTASTIC experience. On the weekend however, is been terrible the last two times. They ran out of coldbrew and instead did telling me they mixed iced coffee with expresso. Not only did I pay EXTRA for a cold Brew but when I saw what they were doing the boy with the shoulder length curly hair yelled at his coworker like SHE SAW ME DOING IT!! Then he yelled at me, after I told him to relax, I just wanted to given a choice as to what my cold brew was replaced with.Anyway, I asked for a refund and they just couldn’t figure it out since I paid through the app. Then, the next weekend I saw the same crew who gave me the wrong drink. They were hesitant about it because they knew they were giving the wrong drink. I will NOT be going on the weekend at all anymore!
Literally just stepped in to get a coffee at 8:30pm 3/6. I greeted both guys behind the counter and nothing didn't even ask what I wanted. All three of us stood there in an awkward silence until I just said what I wanted.
Went three times and only once did they get my order correct.Cheese not melted, wrong coffee, got charged for a latte got given a normal coffee.
This place is horrible….. I order a breakfast sandwich, my bread was Ice cold , my cheese was just thrown on sandwich no where melted . I had one piece of bacon on sandwich. They really gave me bread with cheese . My donut was not soft and fresh . No one says thank you or anything ..
