This place used to be a good place to go. Now it’s just poor customer service I’ve experienced. The manager needs to wake up. You are losing customers. The man said I couldn’t order a sandwich they were short staffed, but when I pulled up to the window there were at least 3 workers at the front (so I don’t understand what the problem was). This has happened 3x. Then when the man is there he has you pull foreword a head of the window to wait for your order, which really doesn’t make sense especially when I’ve been the only vehicle there early in the am. Makes me wonder if he doesn’t want you to witness the blunder that really goes on inside. This only happens when the man is there. I hope the owners realize this.
If you want to know the best dunkin in Wesley chapel this is it, I went in the morning in the drive through on Friday and there was a line wrapped around the building, and within 4 minutes I was able to take my order and receive my food. Excellent service and prompt service, something you don’t see often in most Dunkin’ Donuts nowadays.
The coffee was awful. Watered down. They didn't have orange juice, strawberry frosted or Oreos sprinkles for the ice cream. And it was early in the morning. The donut we had was dry and The employees were rude. I stopped by because I was around the area and went right away the location in Zephyrhills and got better coffee. Zephyrhills #1 for now.
Not only is this location more expensive than others, they try to cut corners where they can. I always order the cold foam in my coffee (usually at different locations) and when ever I order it from here it’s never actually cold foam it’s whipped cream!! The first time this happened I thought it was a mistake, but after it happening multiple times I’m disgusted to know you’re charging extra for cold foam for it really to just be whipped cream smh.
I am a everyday customer of your company and today by far the most horrible experience I have ever had and really put a Bad Taste in my mouth literally and metaphorically . The girl that took my order and met me at the window had a horrible attitude and did not even acknowledge me. To top it all of she made a phone call as I was making payment telling the person she was talking to she was about to quit. Then Dropped my drink picked it up dripping and handed it to me. The drink was all cream no coffee what’s so ever. I hope this will be made right
i love Kyle he’s the best employee there such good service and manners super polite and deserves to be employee of the year if not century, Tyler though on the other hand is very rude and always gives an attitude and makes my drink wrong, didn’t even give me the right amount of donuts. A few times i order the same thing sweet black pepper bacon egg croissant before going to work. My croissant is either burnt , burnt bacon or under cooked bacon. This time i had enough, if i can place a picture I would. If i wanted burnt food I could easily ask for it. I will be stopping by there and speak with the store manager about it and show the picture!
So I decided to give this location another shot. Bad idea!!! I walked up to the register and the cashier who was working on 1/14/ 2022 at 10am didn’t even say hello. I kindly asked her how her day was going and nothing. I ordered my coffee and then proceeded to pay. She walked away to make my coffee and then slammed my coffee down on the counter without a word. No have a nice day no nothing. But the employees did have time to complain about people on welfare and how they get paid to do nothing. Very unprofessional!!!!!! I will never ever ever drive back to this location again!!!!!
Great service. Abby was a great help with choosing a good drink and she made the best avocado toast!
I guess it's because of the location, but it's prices are slightly higher than our local DD.But.... unlike my local DD, these people are pleasant, they always have DONUTS in stock... and they have yet to inform me they are "out of" Espresso, donuts, or my caramel! (Can't recall the last time my local DD WASN'T out of something!)We prefer to hold off our caffeine fix when we are headed to The Chap and then we just stop in this DD before we get to SR 56.
