Like every Dunkin in the morning, the drive threw is usually long. We decided to walk it to put our order in and walk out. There was a woman carring a baby behind the counter, which is very unsanitary. What really push my button is that they were out of ice! As we are ordering they also tell us they are out of bread. Me and my girlfriend patiently wait. A Dunkin worker decides to ask us what we are waiting for in a very unfriendly tone. The workers are laughing and not at all in a proper uniform, wearing spaghetti strap tank tops and having their stomachs hang out. I came to a Dunkin not a Hoochie mama party. This Dunkin is also connected to the gas station. As I buy I cold coffee in the gas station, the Dunkin worker fills up a cup of ice to use for her self. As of this moment I am heated and decided to leave immediately due to them not caring about the customers. Very eventful and aggravating Dunkin run.
I have tried using mobile order at this location multiple times and get the same result every single time. I will order at 10 minutes before I’m supposed to get there and it’s not ready. I will wait another 10 to 15 minutes at the counter to pick up while the counter that people can walk into is empty and will watch 5 to 10 people go through that counter before someone finally asked what I am therefore. They don’t check their mobile orders until the store looks very busy.
Donuts where nasty, bagel was gross, bacon was good coffee was good. Donuts tasted old stale and disgusting like eating pain chips back in 99.
Some of the people there are great and work their butts off, down side is they are always out of stuff and struggle to keep up. Feels like a failure on the owners part to set their store up for success.
I see all of these negative reviews and I need to praise my Dunkin. I lI've about 45 minutes north of this Dunkin and I still stop here every morning on my to work. They are a great team who has never messed up my orders. I feel like 90% of people Only leave a review if they had a bad experience so I wanted to add my experience and I definitely will continue to stop here everyday!
Came threw to grab some donuts and a few other things… all I have to say is you guys need to change that oil. This shouldn’t have been handed out the window period. I can taste every that you have cooked in that oil.
Typical DD, still had a fair amount of fresh donuts even though it was well past noon.
Went to pick up a Uber Eats order and they jus gave it to some random guy.
