This was the most horrible service we have gotten. Very unprofessional staff and manager was absolutely not professional. There was no product, which is understandable, but when i asked for an ice coffee it was all milk. We asked the manager for a refund, he rolled his eyes and snatched the recipe out of my hand. This was very disrespectful and disappointing.
Terrible! I have gone to this DD location nearly every day for almost 3 years. Each day their service gets worse. I wish there were a different DD on my route to work. Always out of items, I've overheard staff make remarks about the amount of sugar I put in my coffee, product is never consistent (one day my coffee is perfect, the next it's not fit for consumption), the final straw was today when a staff member was rude to my face. The staff always seem miserable. They have no pride in their work. They are always slow and then act like they are being bothered by the customers. This location needs a serious evaluation by the owner, or if the owner simply doesn't care then it needs to be shut down. If what is being put out is this bad, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes in the food prep area.
Dunkin’ Donuts that I usually go to has been closed because of remodeling. So I’ve decided to come to this location a few times, seriously disappointed. One of the staff members R is disoriented and confused, every order is messed up. This morning I decided to go for a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and, G asked me if I wanted it toasted. I was confused, “are they doing a subway thing,” I thought to myself. Sadly I guess G was asking me if I wanted my sandwich cook or not. I threw away that nasty cold sandwich. WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO!
I usually don’t complain, but today I have to say something. I was at the 2340 Willow Oak Dr, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 location and one of your managers needs to be dealt with. He was rude, impatient, and acting like a complete a**hole. He had an attitude when I gave him my credit card, said “there you go dude” when handing me my food like I’m some punk, then when I went to drive off HE stopped me and asked if it was the right order. When I said yeah it is, he said “ok, Go!”. Like I was holding up the line. I’m a 27 year old man and he was treating me like some little kid.. Horrible person in general, let alone manager. If he can’t handle working in a fast past place, maybe he should find something easier thank Dunkin. Older man, white facial hair, heavy set. Incident occurred around 11am 04/30/2022I already have a case number from Dunkin so he’ll be hearing from corporate soon.
Its the closest to where I live so I find myself at this location often. They try they're best, but its often hit or miss. Either they don't have the items, espresso machine is down or just short staffing. Macchiatto is different depending on who prepares. Just not consistent.
Arrived at counter. No sign say inside closed due to truck, one nice lady was about to give my 2 donuts. But the apparent manger took them out of her hand and said i had to use drive thru, even if walking thru was required. I spent many years in restraunt industry and this type of encounter should never happen. There was no pleasant manner on mangers part and while annoyed i never raised voice or rude in anyway.
Dunkin was closed, but the main station next door, Refuel, HOOKED ME UP! They are AWESOME people with good food. Highly recommended
I waited 15 minutes to order a coffee and it came out disgusting. I told the gentleman 3 times what I wanted and he kept messing it up
the saddest, most watered down excuse of a $3.69 cold brew i’ve ever seen. Also, I understand there are staff shortages but having a pregnant employee working with her shirt pulled up exposing her stomach is not work appropriate at a place of food. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.
Understaffed big time. Just one person working on multiple occasions that I have visited.
