My wife and I picked up two dinners including barbecue turkey, pork, and chicken breast plus sides. It was all excellent barbecue. I’ve not had better barbecue chicken breast. Usually at other restaurants, the chicken breast is dry but this had been marinated prior to the grilling. Delicious. My wife really liked the turkey. Also, the young lady who served us, I believe her name was Erica, was just so kind and sweet. It meant a lot. Great experience!
AVOID!!!! Dickey’s in WesleyChapel needs to be closed down! The restaurant is filthy & food was horrible… The floors are so greasy I almost slipped & the bathroom is disgusting. ??
I don’t know what’s wrong with the place but it’s never been clean it’s never smelled good when you walked into the place. The drive-through is not open. And currently there’s only 1 guy running the whole place the 3-4 times I’ve been there. And he always says he is out of items. Or that he has no product. Honestly this place should shut down. Don’t come here friends.
The worst place ever!!! Had terrible experience with customer service before but told myself “hey everybody has a bad day” as a nfl player i totally understand that aspect …. Food was good so i decided to try it out again. So today I called earlier to make sure my food will be ready and I was trying to place an order and was told by a lady on the phone that they don’t except orders over the phone anymore so I would need to call a third-party and schedule through them. I did that and I actually scheduled it six hours in advance just to make sure the food was done on time. The third party gets there and at 6:00 PM the store closed. So the third-party cancel my order. I drove up to the store to retrieve the items by myself. Once I got there at 6:30, the store was still closed. I was confused because the false advertisement of this restaurant had a sign with open blinking over the store in the windows. There are multiple signs on the store as well as online that says this restaurant is supposed to close at 9 PM. The fact that they took my order and then closed before successfully handing my order off is totally unacceptable as a restaurant or any franchise. This is terrible customer service once again.
Shut it down!!!! Or fire this guy!!!Terrible representation of dickeys. Walked in greeted by upset employee that barely spoke English that all he said is 30-45min to get food. So I said ok then wanted to order and he kept insisting on how long it would take. Place was filthy and had old fried stuff just laying on counters.Really if your going to butcher a Texas staple then don’t expand. Or I don’t know, hire quality employees and or area managers to inspect the brand representation.
Ordered online and went to pick up and they were CLOSED!!! Charged for it and said would be refunded but had to call corporate. Maybe don’t allow online orders if your closed, put a sign on the door. Unacceptable
I used to work at dickies under monty and can i just say its the worst place ive ever worked at. He cross contaminates all the food and doesnt care ive watched him place all the meats chicken ribs and sausage with turkey all in one container all day long and calls it a “accident “ and always asked me why i keep changing my gloves when cutting different meats. He tried telling me they sell no beef at dickies but brisket comes from a cow. The whole store is dirty and monty doesn’t care about maintaining it. Ive personally watched him commit many health code violations because he is cheap around the corner’s. Not to mention i got fired to “free up more space in management” after working there i never recommend eating there again there are so many wrong things on how that establishment is run and i hate it i called him out multiple times on how he handled food and the only thing he does back to respond is scream at me infront of everyone
The pulled pork sandwich was disgusting!!! Is was so dried and the sides was too salty. They didn’t have any Mac and cheese is was only 4pm. Is took two people and 20 minutes to made my order!
Dickey's Barbecue Pit This is the grilled cheese, Chicken Spinach and Cheese Baker ,and cheese 18 century tacos. Turkey gold peak tea sweet mac and cheese.I give this place a 3 and Tripadvisor needs new management.
Delicious barbecue that reminds me of living back in Texas. Service was incredible. My family and I will be back again soon!
