Walked in the girl working there was on her phone and looked at me and said hold on someone will be with you then walked away. I was the only person there ummm okayyy. I few minutes later the man working the drive thru comes over to take my order as the girl was gonna make a milkshake and he proceeds to speak to me in a condescending way that I needs to speak up if I want to order. I just turned around and walked out. Will never go back there again.
I love their ice cream, but the drive thru is always so slow. Like 20-45minutes slow. By far the slowest drive thru I've ever been in, and I have lived in 7 states.It wouldn't bother me if it were a one time thing or during certain hours, but this is constant.To be truthful, the only reason I ever go here is if my wife asks me to. Otherwise I would go literally anywhere else.
Super expensive! It's good but it feels like prices have skyrocketed for chicken straps with fries or a chili dog. Still a decent place and friendly staff.
Very stingy with topping as if they’re coming out of their paycheck. ?Very unprofessional in the drive thru. Will cut you off mid sentence to let you know “that’s how it comes” instead of just letting you say with whipped cream.If you visit inside they may or may not acknowledging you.Customer service goes a very long way and this location is lacking. It stems from the top, and it shows in the younger employees unfortunately.Sad that when you go through and order a banana milkshake it literally taste like a cup of vanilla ice cream.Love DQ, but this location needs a lot of training, assistance, and maybe a corporate visit.
I just came in with my husban,we said good evening and the 2 employees even have the courtesy to said good evening or will be with you in a second, they gave us their back, completely ignored ? ? That was completely rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend at all this DQ at Wesley Chapel Rd 54. Just told my husband let's go and when they saw us leave, the guys said how my I help you, o by the way he was filling an empty caramel container, and was throwing it on the counter with attitude this is bad Customer service .

It deserves zero stars. The owner of this location should be expelled from the DQ family as they are are ruining the reputation of a good brand. Been coming here for years and service is consistently and incredibly slow. The employees there are mostly concerned about anything besides moving fast. There is a sign on the drive-through window that tells customers not to complain about poor service because they should feel lucky that employees came into work today-what an incredibly pathetic and entitled mentality. I'm amazed that Management and Ownership continue to permit this culture of ineptness. Obviously, the issue at this point is not employees. DQ, spare me your auto-response to this post and just fix the problem.
We just ordered from here and mid order a lady took over the guy talking to us which ok no problem but she was terribly rude. We asked if they had burgers and she asked if we “seen any on the menu? No this is a treat spot” then I asked for extra sauce she sighed and said sure but that’s going to be extra with attitude. We were in a rush going back to work and we asked if everything was in the bag and not only were there missing items but items we didn’t order instead of the ones we did. So we just paid 42 dollars for absolutely nothing at all. Thanks DQ we’ll be taking our business else where from now on and I’d advise anyone thinking of going there to do the same unfortunately
Very disappointed. The shake was disgusting weird pieces of banana that were hard.I got a chocolate blizzard w 2 candies and literally like no candies or cookie w it. Def not worth it. I will say the guys had great customer service! So yay for that. (=
Last 3 times I've been here my mocha moolate taste like a cup of vanilla ice cream. Every other Dairy Queen makes it great and it tastes like actual mocha.
