Overpriced! Incompetent “ Staff” …. This place is ran like a day care! Very immature. Bathroom had urine on the floor. Seemed old. The “ know it all” there seems clueless. Is this place a Juice Bar or a sandwich shop now? Not a Fan. I won’t be going back. Also they have employees and “ friends” provide Reviews with 5-Star ratings to boost the score.
Walked in, one girl standing behind cash register, I’m the only customer in the store. She did not greet me, did not look up from the screen, after standing there for a minute she said I’ll be right with you… Kept typing on the screen. Took my order then set ticket on the counter to the side, she went back to the register screen and texting on her phone. After a minute of her texting and no one starting my order I could hear people in the back so I asked if there was anyone that could start making my drink and wrap… she rolled her eyes and went to the back, two kids came out, the young man started making the wrap, cash register girl went back to typing on her phone. He made the wrap and the drink took probably 10-12 minutes total being the only person in the store. Terrible service for a wrap and drink that costs over $20.
Try their “the so basic one” smoothie. It has strawberries, bananas, almond butter, maple syrup & almond milk. Get their açaí bowls too!
I just came from here. I arrived on Saturday April 9 at 2:38 pm and left at 3:03 pm. I ordered an Energy One and an egg salad on toast with a cold pressed juice. The lady behind me ordered two sandwiches and 2 smoothies and a couple who arrived 12 minutes later ordered two more smoothies. All got served before me. I had to ask what happened to my sandwich.The older lady with the bad gums was handling the register and was blatantly rude. Her excuse was that they're short staffed but there was a third girl who just stood there with her hands on her hips looking on.I understand that it gets busy, but when you ignore or forget a simple sandwich order and make excuses it just makes your staff look and sound incompetent. I spend lots of money here. The least she could've done was offer some kind of incentive. Instead she brushed it off as my problem.I won't be ordering from here as long as she remains behind that counter!
Abbi B was great and made our drinks and food with such excellent service. She replaced one of our smoothies when we did not like the type of taste with one she recommend !! Great choice Abbi!
I got a green açaí bowl and it was so good I was ready to eat another one immediately after! Is it possible to crave something you just ate? Because that’s what happened.
Amazingly operated female ran franchise! The staff definitely listens to their customers and makes life better through nutrition in a bottle. Hoping they will start making this stuff by the gallons! Great for soldiers of all kinds who are always on the go and are tired of filling their bodies with quick, trash snacks. If you buy in bulk and communicate with them, they will cater to you as customer service is their priority. Great business to support among covid 19 and the economic crisis! Clean Juice has the freshest, tastiest healthy food in Wesley Chapel!! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is positive. Extremely clean location!!
Ordered online:The food was absolutely amazing. I love fresh and pure ingredients. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the glow one drink. Definitely recommend. My husband got the grilled cheese with chicken and a smoothie. He enjoyed it. Just the right amount of food for a nice lunch. We will definitely visit in person next time.
