Came with a LARGE party of 13 and we had the most amazing time & experience! One AMAZING server took care of all of us on her own and she she was a rockstar!I’ve been a little hesitant to try this place based on prices, but their food is 100% worth it! Everyone ordered something different and we all loved everything. I don’t think I’d recommend their punch cocktail though. It tasted like sour iced tea, was not a fan.Other than that, I’d definitely recommend Chuck Lagers as a top 5 restaurant in Wesley Chapel!
My wife and I tried this for a date night and was pleasantly surprised. Our writer gave us a great review of the menu when we mentioned that this was our first visit.I didn't care for the drink I ordered. It was promptly replaced. The food came hot delicious and in a timly fashion.We ordered desert, and there was so confusion on our order. This was also replaced promptly and with a smile.They even bought additional coffee after being asked if we wanted it refreshed.I was so pleased with the way we were treated. I called the manager over to praise her staff.
The atmosphere was typical of a sports tavern. However, the service by Spencer(server) and the Manager’s customer Interaction sets Chuck Lager American Tavern from same class eateries.
After being brushed off by the joint across the street, we walked in to fantastic service! Truffle fries were so good!
We have wanted to come since the opening at this location, and we’ve just begun selecting times to go out when restaurants are not as busy. We stopped by yesterday and anticipated a draft and quick meal. We were seated quickly and greeted warmly by our server Susan. She oozed confidence and friendliness and we asked her about customer favorites. She commented on hers but acknowledged that everything on the menu seemed to have a following. I mentioned I might need time to drink and think about the choices. Susan asked if we had had the house wine and since we hadn’t she explained it’s from Italy and much more. We both decided Susan’s description was so appealing that we’d both have a glass of the red. Not only was it very nice, we were surprised to learn it was a Pinot noir, as we haven’t had many of those that we like. Would definitely order it again on a return visit. For our meal, we agreed to split a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a flat bread with fig and prosciutto. They arrived so quickly we asked Susan if’ she’d slipped our order to the top of the order tickets. Both were really excellent. I can almost taste the flavors even a whole day later. It will be hard to order something different after finding somethings so satisfying, but then we assume that other items will be wonderfully tasteful as well. This is definitely a place we will return to ourselves, as well as with out of town family visitors.
We were recommended this place by a family friend and we are happy we listened. Honestly the 3 of us loved this place. Our food was fantastic. I had the shrimp tacos and they were great. My wife said the burger was fantastic. Not sure why they have the best fries but they were the best. We'll be back for sure.
We were brought to a table but my wife requested a table in another location. It seems some sort of turf war ensued. Waitress was robotic at best. Who knows, maybe she was training. I had the fish and chips. Delicious! My wife loved her meal too. I’d go back if someone suggested it. Not on my own though.
Went on a Friday night and it was busy. Our party of 5 was seated in about 5 minutes. Our server was very attentive and answered my million questions about the menu (someone has food allergies). I ordered the Cotton Candy Cosmo which was yummy and fun to see the cotton candy melt. Ordered the Deviled Eggs, also delicious. The Smoked Mac & Cheese was also awesome. Definitely would go again.
We had the recommended meatball sub and one of the salads along with a couple of beers. Beer was good, the rest was pretty average. Service was good tho I believe we were the victim of a shift change. Prices seemed high for what you get. They do have a nice outside seating area.
Service and timing were perfect. Food quality needs improvement. I ordered a steak and cheese. The bread was really soggy. It was stuck against the wax paper it was wrapped with. Fries were good. Nachos also good. Just change your supplier for bread.
