It was super clean! Lots of fun for my grandson!
We had a terrible experience here while on vacation. We bought the #3 combo meal with pizza and boneless wings. We ate the wings and half of the pizza. We got a box to go for the other half and left it at our table with our drinks while we walked around with our daughter who was playing games. After we roamed the floor for a while, we headed back to our table to grab our pizza before seeing how many tickets our daughter won since they were closing in 15min. When we arrived at our table our pizza and drinks were thrown away. When I told them about it at the ticket booth, they apologized for throwing the pizza and drinks away and only offered us 3 new drink cups. What a waste of $40.
If any one of these issues had happened independently of each other, honestly, a couple of them simultaneously wouldn't have bothered me enough to complain. However, the fact that all my problems happened in one visit initially had me absolutely livid, so I waited until I was calmed down to do anything.I had to drive about an hour and a half away to get here, not a complaint, but makes the situation that much worse. As a single dad, I don't get a lot of time to take my kids out, especially this far, for what should've been a good time. I took my one day off to come here.First, it was filthy. There was food all over the seat and table. I had to clean it off myself.Next, even though there were no other orders, we had to wait 20 minutes on food that wasn't fresh. The pizza was, but the churros were stale and the wings were sub-par to where my lactose intolerant girlfriend chose to eat pizza instead. The staff has a friendliness in their voice, but a look like "why are you talking to me?" And look at you with some nasty side eye. Was it because my piercings and tattoos, or is the staff really just that unqualified to work with the public. As someone who worked in food service for a decade, and who currently works in customer relations, I found their demeanor absolutely unprofessional. Further compounded by the fact that they're working in an environment that's child oriented, I really hope they don't act this way towards children. Then, without any warning, they shut off all the games 20 minutes before close. I understand no one wants to get stuck at work, but back to my kitchen experience, you don't turn the equipment off until everyone's out of the area without at least a last call or 5 minutes warning. Absolutely unprofessional. Finally, I think this was my last straw. They so poorly appreciate their place of employment, they've allowed it to become a nest for gnats. When I went to grab our boxes of food, there were bugs all over my cups and boxes. Money is tight these days, and I know $100 isn't the most money anyone's ever spent, but it's more than I appreciate spending in times as tight as they are now to have such a poor experience in a place I've always wanted to go. It's shameful and honestly, disappointing.

Birthday celebration for my 5 yo princess ?Emilie was amazing! The host, Emilie, helped us to set up, explained every detail and charge, entertained the kids and more. The kids had a blast, we enjoyed not having to deal with the stress to host and clean up after the party, everyone happy. Thank you Emilie and the entire team at the Wesley chapel Fl Chuck E. Cheese. We definitely coming back for more fun.
The employees are not attentive or friendly. But this is the cleaner Chuck E Cheese. My kids had fun.
This is the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It had been a while since I had been to Chuck E. Cheese and the new card system is awesome. They have a great app you can use to get rewards points too! Super clean bathrooms too! I was very impressed.
A lot better than what I was expecting. I never went to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid so i didn't know what to think. The kids loved it though and I had fun showing them all the games you can play.
It was quiet, me and my son were the only ones there until two more people showed up before we left. Two of the games were malfunctioning, I made an employee aware of it and they worked on it but did not get it fixed before we left. (It was my son's favorite too!) ? The workers were pleasant but the seating area could have been tidier since there was no other customers there. Trash in the eating areas while there are employees just relaxing is unacceptable.
