Food was good location is clean.This particular day fryer was not working. Yes I know ... Most food here is fried. But was able to order some food. The ceaser salad is a lil to soaked.BUT over all good location. Friendly , attentive staff and nice location.

Our server Courtney was great. Her and the others are too good for this establishment I think.She apologized many times for the ridiculous wait time for our food. Never saw a manager though. Maybe he was working the grill.Our famiily has been to this Wesley Chapel location 3 times recently with pretty much the same experience, apparently due to staffing issues. Same as the B B Downs store.Sadly, this will be the last visit for these regulars for a long long time.
The service was the worst that I have ever experienced. Was asked to wait 5 to be can be seated. Then a group walked in after us and was seated before us. Once seated our waitress took for ever took our drink order that took another while. Our waitress drops our drink and literally walks away with out get our starter order or even asked if we wanted to order our food. Finally get another waitress attention to get our waitress to place our appetizers order which to for ever then had to wave our waitress down to order or food. Finally when to food comes out the soup spoon was cover with food and what looked like dried up noodles?. When our pasta finally came out it was all cold. Our waitress never came back to our table to close us out. She seemed to have any interest in serving us from the get go. Just the worst. I understand everyone is short staff. But I see that you gave other table way better attention.

I normally eat in but I got take-out and the wait was horrible. Got there at my window pickup time and waited 45min. My food was not hot nor fresh, definitely won't do curbside pickup.
Use to work here. Absolutely horrible how the food is handled. Management favoring employees and allowing them free range of the schedule while others suffer. Using the old avocados for the guac (old to the point i wouldnt want to touch them). Servers picking food off the plates before taking them to customers and meals "vanishing" causing a delay (all because a server was hungry and took it on their break). I started there the day they opened and recently revisited, nothing has changed.
Very dirty and smells awful. We had to clean our chairs ourselves. The food was very salty and below average. For example, my husband ordered some chili with his burger and it was just solid ground beef with some cheese on top no sauce or liquid. For the salad it was mainly lettuce they didn't even put half an avocado, just a few pieces of garnish on the top. Also, the nachos were extremely salty and broken to small pieces as if they were left overs. Unfortunately Chili's was one of the good restaurants, obviously not anymore.
Would give 0 stars ⭐️ if I could. Came in to a terrible host. She didn’t even wanna seat us then we got seated in the bar. It took our waitress 10 minutes to acknowledge us and bring us our drinks then 22 minutes later she finally came to take our food order. It took 48 minutes for our food to come.
