I have had bad experiences in just about every Burger King I have been to in the last few years. This place is no exception and probably the worst. The drive through line was very long so we decided to eat inside. Our order was taken quickly but it took 40 minutes for us to get our food with many people who came after us getting their food before us and our order was wrong. We ordered nothing spacial other than leaving the mustard off my daughter's double cheeseburger. People from the drive through were coming in and yelling at the staff because of the slow service or multiple incorrect orders. They were understaffed and those who were there did not have assigned positions... staff were running around to different station. To add to this the place was disgustingly filthy as the pictures reflect. The supersivor instructed a tram member what his table cleaning responsibilities were. He cleaned three tables never to be seen again. B.K. needs to come and clean house and install properly trained personnel.... but people will still come because of the memories of what B.K. used to be and they will be disappointed and disgusted.
This was hands down the worst BK experience ever. Started with the crew having no idea how do do anything. No ice for the drinks, app wouldn't work, food debris everywhere, angry customers, angry staff (not sure which came first), soda was flat and eveything in between was just off, way off. The farthest thing from a positive experience.
Out of a bunch of drinks, didn’t warn us that none of the drinks had carbonation before we purchased drinks so we all had nasty, flat sodas. Whopper melt was made with Jr. whopper Patties. Staff was loud, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Store was dirty. Honestly ruined BK for all of us, even my 10 yr old brother that has loved it his entire life.
Always get cold food even when not busy. We ate in the dining room and several customer's brought their meals back and demanded then to make their food fresh. The manager shouldn't be free dealing with the customers because she has terrible customer service skills.
I pulled through the drive-thru and ordered the number 10 chicken sandwich with onion rings and a medium Sprite and what I got was old cold fries when I brought it back inside they gave me the oldest coldest onion rings they had and said sorry.The chicken sandwich was s*** as the lettuce was all flimsy and wilted and there was a gobs of mayonnaise on it.Basically I paid $10 for a med Sprite and a couple bites of a below average chicken sandwich.The people were kind.Systems and products were s***.This place wasn't even busy... So I have a bunch of fries and onion rings in a bin waiting?
Whoever their new cashier is in the morning with dark hair and painted fingernails is really rude. Never any thank you’s or hellos. Seemed like she wanted to drop my food instead of handing it to me.
I like burger King but it's hit or miss with the stores. Some are miles above others. This store was pretty good got the order right and it was warm. Didn't have to park aside and wait for anything.
After a 15 minute wait in the drive thru they still got my order wrong. I hate to give any busy a bad rating, because I know how hard people work but they frustrated me.
Food and service was good. Some of my nuggets were small and slightly over cooked. Hamburger was good but messy to eat.
Absolute waste of time worst restaurant in Wesley chapel you go to the drive-thru no one will answer you drive up to the drive-thru window you will be waiting for about 3 minutes when they come to the window they will turn you away because they can'tmake your food even though you ordered it online do not come to this place it's a joke
